" Raven changed, and she just wasn't strong enough to protect herself anymore so.. Luna got mighty protective so Luna just wanted to make sure Raven was safe. When Luna went away though.. she couldn't protect her anymore so.. lets just say Luna is now overprotective. We still don't know what happened exactly. "
