Rat looked at Silva his eyes dead set his tone unwavering "if that's what it takes to protect you then so be it ...... I would gladly trade my life and happiness for your protection any day" he said his eyes cold and glassy as the barrier around Silva became Stronger

Luffy stirred at Mia touch her name a whisper on his lips that could barely escape and came out as a whisper only she could hear "Mia"

Silva glared at him her green eye glowing and her other eye almost disappearing. She shoved some of the barrier off of herself and put it around Rat hoping to get the rest off too. "You're an idiot. Now stop trying to be heroic, there's too much barrier around me.

Mia stirred a little in her light sleep. She just wanted this all to be over. Sheptha saw the boy's lips move a little and looked at the sleeping Mia.

The barrier around Silva tripled as she tried to push the barrier onto rat a small almost invisible light green sphere Appeared around him but only for a split second it was so quick you weren't sure you saw it

Luffy stirred a little more as Jack pushed Mia toward Luffy "Mia" it was slightly louder then before but still barely audible

Jack motioned to Sheptha to help him

Silva glared at Rat. "Fine. I'll stay here just please get rid of a few layers and protect yourself more..." She said forcefully at first then almost begging near the end.

Sheptha walked close to the cured up girl and carefully pushed her closer to the boy until he couldn't any more because of the boy blocking her path. Mia was still curled up into a ball but was now curled up next to Luffy.

Jack hissed at Luffy anger bubbling in him for all the trouble Luffy had caused a barrier appeared around Sheptha as Jack bit Luffy shoulder hard the crunch of bone could be heard as the little monkey mouth filled with blood

Luffy pulled Mia close protecting her as pain shot threw his shoulder and his barrier exploded sending Rat flying and destroying everything not in an extremely strong barrier

Rat sighed "fine but I am only do....." his words were cut off as Jack Bit Luffy who yelled in pain Rat eyes widened in fear and the barrier around Silva Quadrupled as a bright flash of light came with Luffy yell and his barrier exploded going on the attack

Rat was thrown like a rag doll threw the wall he flew threw the air hitting the ground a hundred yards away. He looked like a skipping stone on top of the water as his body bounced and rolled before finally coming to a stop

Silva stared in horror. "NO!" Her green eye burning as she ripped through the barrier around her. She wasted no time running to Rat. She knelt down next to him covering her mouth with a hand. She hovered over his body with the other. She could see right through him he looked like a giant match box that someone shook about. She leaned down and closed her eyes kissing him softly. Energy flowed from her to make Rat better. She found it difficult to stop the flow even as she started feeling weak. She put her hand on his side directing the energy to his broken bones. Musa could tell that Silva was beyond worried for the boy. She was down right terrified.

Mia woke up from Luffy yelling but stayed dazed for a while. She sat up pushing away from Luffy. She held onto her head as her eyes ringed with her confusion. She closed her eyes hoping that the icy feel would freeze them shut.

Black Death and Plague hissed at Silva and put up barriers of there own stopping her from. Healing him the damage got three times worse from the healing huge holes opening up as if he had been shot at close range

Rats eyes opened and he immediately saw Silva he sat up not feeling his wounds his eyes wide a huge smile on his face he saw terror in Silva face and couldn't understand why "Silva what's wrong" he asked reaching a hand toward her his smile dissappering

Luffy held onto Mia scared if he let her go he would fall right back into the sate he was before "please don't leave me" it came out as a whisper a desperate plea for her to stay with him to not let him slip back into the darkness of his own mind

Silva stared at the new wounds on Rat. She ignored them and launched herself at Rat hugging him her arms wrapped around his neck. "Why didn't you protect yourself? You had me so worried." She said starting to cry angrily. She couldn't help her body pulling back from him and her hand flying, punching him in his shoulder. "Forget worried, You had me scared dummy!"She said hugging him again more tightly closing her eyes.

Mia didn't move, she couldn't. She was just frozen in place. "Okay... I won't." She said in a whisper twice as quiet as his..Sheptha smiled and looked over at Jack. He couldn't help but smile. It was over and Luffy was okay.

Rat sighed "because if I hadn't the barrier would not have held up and you would have gotten hurt and besides that was just a weak attack from Luffy" Rat said pulling her closer to him

Luffy pulled Mia closer as tears for what had happened streamed down his face he knew Mia would leave him now most likely out of fear he always scared people or rather his power did it was one of the reasons his uncle tried to curse him and in some ways he may have succeeded

Silva shook her head. "I don't care. I can protect myself. You could have died!" She said tears still running down her face. "You can't just kiss someone like that and turn around and die." She said as her breath steadied from her heightened fear.

Mia was still in shock not sure what to do about anything. She could hardly even breath. Sheptha walked over to Jack and tilted his head making sure the monkey was alright.
