TL;DR: Bulbori fairy wings act up with their tail.
With the longer wings, butterfly and jeweled feather, the male's right wing can be seen going overtop his tail. The same applies for the female bulb and her left wing.
However, with the fairy wings, the tail is in front of the wing layer. This makes it look like the wings are awkwardly positioned to the side. I'm not sure if this was intentional or not but it just kinda looks weird.
