(Back lol had to tend to my cat. His head was stuck in our stair railing xD I about died laughing.)

Her mom picked up the phone.
"Where have you been?!" Her mother asked, her tone of voice was only worry.
"I was at Brook's. I stayed the night there." Hazel replied.
"You have to tell us these things! You know how worried we were?!"
"I can tell." She laughed quietly.
"Yeah!"
"So I'm going to Brook's house to work on homework tonight. Is that fine?"
"Yeah I guess so. Just come back tonight, your alarm clock keeps on waking us up in the morning since you've been gone."
"Ok I'll be back tonight."
"Ok bye. Love you!"
She could see the smile on her face from her tone.
"I love you too mom." Hazel smiled softly as she ended the call.
