He noticed the guilt and sighed,expression and voice softening to as if he where kindly speaking to a hatchling,though not as if he where actually 3 or something. "It's not your fault for them doing that,no one has the right to touch them without permission...." Then guilty gray washed over his freckles and underwings.He seemed a little out of things for a moment. "I had no permission to.I'm sorry,I shouldn't have done that." His tail stopped wagging and went limp.His blush drained.Fully.

"It's okay. You had no mal intentions." Ash took Jason's hand and brought it back to his chest

It didn't help Jason's guilt,and he gave a small shake of his head. "I still had no right,just as I've had no right to do any of what i have to you." he honestly seemed to be looking over everything he's done and now feeling bad because of feeling he had to right.No right at all,because he was a dragon boy who'd grown up in foster care,running here and there,prince or not.But Ash had grown up as a prince,a real one,and he'd trained and all that.Jason hadn't,he'd just barely survived and ducked and dodged for his very life.No one caring to protect him or anything. No one even took his royal blood seriously often and even he himself didn't. In short,he felt to low for Ash.

"What are you talking about? If I thought you had no right to touch me don't you think I would've stopped you?"

He shut his eyes tight and nodded faintly,tail twisting it's self a bit now. "Still...I'm....I'm just a dragon kid...a hybrid....and practically I've spent more time at war and on the streets than a-anything...I'm....low...to low..."

Ash shook his head. "No. None of that means that you're a nobody, or that you're too low, all right? All it means is that we've grown up very differently, and does that honestly surprise you? We're from different realms, after all."

"I guess...but...." He still seemed to see himself as lowly,whether he's showed anyone else he felt that or not.Different realms or not.

Ash studied him for a moment. "Well, no matter what you think of yourself, you're perfect in my eyes. If anything, I should be the low one here. I grew up pampered, whether I liked it or not, and you had to fight for your life."

His eyes showed that he'd never been called perfect,just the opposite,and if so not often. "Your not even close to low,pampered or not you're stronger than me for sure.Your able to fight with weapons very well and I can barely handle holding a sword with just the thought of having to use it.Your able to defend yourself way better than I could ever protect you or anyone else.Even myself."

"Maybe, but how many years of experience have I had? Probably too many. And that's why I'm teaching you," he said, still holding Jason's hand to his chest. "It doesn't hurt to learn. We have time. We should probably be concentrating on your training, and what were going to do about the false king once its time. Hes still out there, looking for you," he muttered, that last sentence mostly to himself
