He had been taken into a room and a strange collar was placed on his neck. Immediately after he couldn't feel himself, his legs moved without him telling him to. He was pushed through a door into the arena and when Frost told him that he wanted to tell her he didn't also but his mouth betrayed him, "But I do."

Frost took a step back "what but.... Why?!" Frost said in shock "I thought.... I thought that you.... Cared" Frost said. Frost took another step back why.... Why.... What did I do? she thought sadly hanging her tail. Frost stumbled a few steps forward and opened her mouth to say more when she stopped. "What is that?" She asked tilting her head "what's that on your neck?"

He tried to stop himself but his non-mouth said,"None of your business wolf," his body took a step forward menacingly and prepared to take flight.

Frost flinched and anger by led up inside her. She hated the way he was talking to her. Frost growled "what is wrong with you?! The humans give you something and suddenly you're their best friend?! And how dare you talk to me like that!" She barked. In an instant Frost went from loving and hurt to anger and kill. She had snapped back into pack mode..... To kill mode. She ran at him, jumping at the last second. She used her wings to turn herself as she latched onto Nightstalkers neck. Her teeth sunk into his skin, drawing blood. Frost growled furiously as she used her back legs to rake his back

He wanted to howl in pain and fear but his body flipped over and pinned Frost down, raking claws along her belly. He wanted to escape! Why couldn't he control himself? Why did they have to fight?

Frost howled in pain before locking Nightstalkers front leg in her jaws. She whipped her head so fast that it threw him over the side of her head. Frost scrambled to her paws and shoved him to the floor. Frost kept into the air and dive bombed him "I was stupid to think that anyone could really care about me." Frost growled pinning Nightstalker to the floor while her stomach bled a little. "And I was stupid to think that I could've cared about someone else." She growled was he just acting the whole time? Is he working for the humans? Frost thought inside she was a mess of emotions betrayal, fear, anger, and confusion. No I need to be strong! If He was able to manipulate me so easily then I must be relying too much on feelings and that will only get me killed! Frost thought angrily. She tensed ready to give the killing blow but she hesitated but.... What about the howling? He remembered my song just to help me.... He he told me he loved me.... It couldn't all be acting..... Could it?

He had so much to say but his mouth remained firmly shut, instead his mouth opened and bit her on the leg before the human said Frost won and she was taken away. He was in a healing room and his collar was removed and feeling flooded back to his body. They lead him, more like dragged him, back to his cage, his head bowed, tail between his legs, and wings dragging on the ground. He was put into his cage and he immediately flopped down and closed his eyes.

Frost was dragged away from Nightstalker. The human once again put on the weird restraints and took her into a strange room. Frost was gently laid out on a table and something was being put into her stomach. This time though, Frost didn't fight back. She allowed the humans to do whatever they were doing since it helped ebb the pain. Pretty soon the restraints were off and she was placed in her cave. Frost chose the darkest corner and laid down, her back towards Nightstalker. She didn't feel like looking or listening to him so she teased her paw over her ear till she couldn't hear anything. Pretty soon she had fallen asleep

He didn't look at anyone or see anything, he can't sleep though because every time he drifted off, horrible nightmares haunted him. He didn't have the strength to do anything though, so he just laid there with his eyes closed.

Frost began to dream at first it was nice, she was back in the forest with her pack hunting and playing. Suddenly the sky turned black and wolves the color of night surrounded her. Frost growled at them and began twitching and whining in her sleep. Suddenly Nightstalker stepped forward "I don't want to fight." Dream Feost said "but I do." He growled lunging foreword. Frost let out a loud whine before going still. The stream had faded into blackeness, Frost sighed a little as she finally got some sleep
