It's short fur felt rough under your fingers as if you were petting a stone, you noticed that the glowing spikes across it's body changed color to a soft lavender light.
The stone felt cold and seemed to vibrate lightly as if they were linked to somthing bigger, deep into the core of this world.

For a moment you felt like the area was warping in itself, the last thing you heard was your pet rushing toward you before the ground swallowed you.
When the fealing subsided you landed on the feathery grass of the forest, the deers like creatures running off in a panic at your apparition. Somthing told you that you didn't only teleport from the stone hatchery however.

I wondered if it's spikes changed to suit it's mood, but I didn't test it out. I push the lily pad to the opposite side of the river to see if there was anything interesting on the other side.

You were sitting beneth the branches of a purple pine in a forest of similar looking trees. The ground at your feets was hiden by feathery looking fern and small, fluffy ball of grass.

On the other side you noticed a clump of seaweed that got stuck on a gray log that looked like petrified wood.

As you stand up, a cloud of glowing dust escaped the spot where you were previously seated. It didnt seemed as if there was a trail anywere around at the moment but at least the chances you had to encounter somthing dangerous was very low.
