Carter smiled back and pulled Kris to his feet, "To adventure! To the Lake of Clear Vision!"

He let him and stood, nodding. "Alrighty." He shoved a hand through his blond hair to push some out of his eyes.

(we're in a dessert right?)
Siren
Siren flies above the village circling. almost looking like a buzzard, she decends a little with a tilt of her wings, getting closer look.

(Yes, kinda. We are in the seaside village now but we are right next to the desert)
Coins tilted her wings as Hayden climbed on her back.
"Hop on! We should leave now before it gets dark," Hayden said not wanting to risk them traveling across the desert at night, it would be too dangerous.
There were beasts that hide in the sand and would not hesitate to kill them. Hayden defiantly wanted no one to be hurt.

Kris put an arm around Carters shoulders, pulling him close as if to keep him safe during this new journey.

"Hop on? On the dragon? If I were to literally hop on the dragon, wouldn't that hurt her?" Sam asks, "Is there going to be room for Charcoal? Or Blackie? And what about Siren, will she have to hop on even if she can fly? And Coins... Is she alright with it? Will we be too heavy?"
"Stop asking questions child, we'll all be fine." Charcoal whinnies. Sam climbs onto Charcoal's back, not wanting to leave the black unicorn again. Blackie yips, and Sam brings the dog onto the unicorn's withers.
The rest of my characters obey Hayden's command.

Coins growls softly as she picks up Charcoal, Sam and Blackie in her talons.
"Siren can fly, but you guys can't touch the ground, there are things in the sand that can kill you," Hayden explained as Coins took off, leaving the village behind them.
After what seemed like forever some mountains came into view. Coins veered towards them and landed on a flat part. She collapsed and didn't move.
"Tell them to get off, I'm tired," Coins complained and Hayden slid off, watching the sun sink below the horizon.
"Let's take a break, we can stay here for the night," Hayden said watching Cobra and Carter jump off Coins.

Kris stayed besides Carter.

Siren
Siren swoops very low on her way back to the group nearly touching the sand with her tail.

"Yay! Thanks Coins! You're awesome." Sam says before hugging Charcoal around his neck. Blackie jumps down and turns in a tight circle until finally laying down, watching the rest of the humans do human stuff. TJ sits next to Blackie and gently pets the dog, who wags her tail.
