"Oh?" Liss chuckled. "An angel, eh? So where'd it go?" The question may have sounded strange to some people, but honestly, the girl made it sound like she was joking. Her eyes were fixed on the man though, but she turned to glance at the boy so she made sure she didn't lose him. "Drunk? In that bar that sounded like it had just housed a murder?"

Willow watches quietly

Thyme soon starts looking at her hands, remembering the time she killed someone

"Bars like that usually get rowdy," Alex said shortly. He dragged the drunken man to the bouncers. One of them chuckled and said, "Yeah, we'll take care of it." He took the businessman's weight from Alex. "Old Eddie here's a regular, aren't you, buddy?"
Eddie rolled his head, struggling to focus. "Tom...I saw an angel," he slurred
The bouncers burst out laughing. "Yeah, you mean Amber, right? She wears those really short shorts while she's dancing around on the bar." He winked at Alex. "Hey, you wanna go in? No cover charge, our treat."

Alex had been in plenty of places like this, mostly dragged along by the other AKs when he was younger. He thought they were boring as heck, to be honest. He shook his head, taking a step backward. "Nah, maybe next time. I better get going. Thanks, though."
