You immediately fall, but the demon catches you. You start feeling a burning sensation. It slowly engulfs you, it feels as though the flame is teasing you by licking at your back, but you realize that this is going to be worse than you thought. It feels like hellfire is consuming your body.

He nods. "You are immortal now, to let you know," He smirks, "that means you'll have to put up with me forever,"
As you exit the area, a boy around your age walks up to you. "What did you do? You smell like darkness, don't you know what that does to people? Light heals and Dark attacks! YOU CAN'T BE IMMORTAL!" He glares at you. "I won't let you get away with this!"

He unsheathes a sword and deflects your power, but is still pushed back a great amount.
"DON'T YOU GET IT? I'M THE HERO!!! I DEFEAT THE DARKNESS!!!" He lunges towards you, but is suddenly picked up by his hoodie.
"Umm... How about no? Listen, right now you are untrained and like a useless little kid to me, so scram!" The demon shouts at him. The kid looks terrified.
"I will leave today, but this is but a single battle in a war! Remember the name Kenny, because it will be the one who takes you down!"

The demon nods at you, but as you both walk away, this 'Kenny' character refuses to do the wise thing and shut up.
"THEY RUN!!! And he calls him 'pretty boy' only girls call people 'pretty boy'! I guess we have pretty boy and ugly girl now!" Kenny keeps shouting at you both.
The demon's eyes flashes red, but keeps walking, mumbling something about "bit ego brats thinking their cool because they have a rune sword".
