Ash chuckled and then nodded respectfully to Ravens dad. "Morning, Mr. Taylor."

" Good morning Ash.. And continue what you were saying, Raven. " Raven turned a few shades of red, " N-no thank you, Dad.. " Mr. Taylor sighed, " You are grounded for life. " Raven protested to no avail.

"Mr Taylor," Ash asked, "How do you know she wasn't going to say studied? What if she invited me over to study and forgot to ask you and then felt guilty about it? You know how hard school has gotten these days." Ash said all this politely, shrugging his shoulders slightly

" True, she could of said that. Besides, my little Raven is so scared of those things! She would never do anything like that.. she always tells me she should wait till she is married and she will. What was I thinking. "

"It was just a simple mistake," Ash told him. "I can see how you could have misunderstood what Raven was going to say." Speaking of marriage...at the dance, Ash was planning on telling Raven that he planned to marry her. Nobody else knew at the moment..

Mr. Taylor nodded and went over to Raven, giving her a hug, " You behave yourself and try to get better, okay? " He said before leaving. Raven smiled a bit, " Thanks for the save Ash.. "

Ash shrugged. "It's not a big deal. I have experience when it comes to getting myself as well as other people out of trouble."

" To me it is a big deal.. my dad would have probably killed me. "

"Well, you can always repay me when you heal up. Until then, don't worry about it."

" Alright, and I know.. when I am better I will be sure to repay you. " She said, smiling a little bit.. She wondered what she would do for him, maybe a romantic date.
