Wolf stuck close to cat, but with his taller frame he found himself lagging a bit " Yeah Maybe the boss has an old hammer I could Borrow.. it would give me good practice too.." he said dodging someone holding a basket of apples.

Cat noticed he was having trouble pushing his way through the crowd so she grabbed his hand and steered him through a less crowed part of the market. When they got to the stall Cat bent down to examine the types of bread on the shelves.

Wolf Tilted his head as he watched Cat look at the bread, a memory coming to mind causing him to zone out a bit... His mom used to take him to the market and would teach him what fruits were ripe and how crisp bread should sound, and would always buy him a sweet treat from the bakers... And everyone always said he had his moms smile, she always seemed so happy, even when she got sick.

Cat looked up to see a sad smile form on Wolf's zoned out face. She smiled and let him be as she picked out a couple of loafs of of bread. She had to break him out of his daydream to pay for the bread since she didn't have the money. "Wolf..." Cat said as she tapped him nose,"The bread." She said as she nodded her head in the direction of the stall.

The stall owner put the bread in a small basket and handed it to Cat. She then proceeded to lead Wolf to the vegetable stall next.
