He meant it a lot,more than he would express due to situations inside of him. He sighed and just about passed out as the black faded from him. Shade was out,cold.

His gentle hold on Ash's hand didn't releas or lessen,even as he leaned on him and passed out. The black faded and soon was gone.

Pam seemed a bit worried but cradled the two little hatchlings who'd been able to nod off after having cried themselves to sleep.

After a minute Snowball came toward them,blue blood on her and scales normal again.She was dragging something with her. Shade's sleeping body,limp from loosing to much blood despite the tendrils,he'd used two much of half his soul as Jason had before and now was passed out cold.

"You're okay," Ash said. "How did you manage that?" He nodded at Shade's limp body

She stopped by them and dropped his scruff as if it was on fire. "Tired him out,I fought as an annoyance and he used himself up." She said,breathing heavily.She was bloodied by her own blue blood but seemed alright.

Pam was impressed. "Nice,gal."

He nodded in agreement with Pam. "Good job. That had been a tough feat for most."
