Soon Snowball was at Shade's tail,quite literally, and she actually snarled as she snapped at him.

Pam honestly was scared and confused. "Dude! What's going on?! Why'd Skytracer dash man? He looked both in emotional an' physical pain,and dat's just from a scale reading." He called to Ash,bounding along with grace and ease,and yet he still couldn't match Jason's grace and majesty.

"His brother and I began to fight," Ash called back as if that's all he needed to say

Pam was still confused on why that would make Jason run but didn't ask farther.

Snowball didn't seem even to tire as she dashed,Shade snarling back at her but growing tired as he lashed his claws out at her. She reeled back only a little,just enough to avoid them and keep from jerking Ash off. "Pam! Take Ash,now!" She said,clearly about to fight Shade and Pam came over and reached for him.

Jason grit his teeth and hit the ground hard again after having stood again. He couldn't move,Shade preventing him again as Snowball latched onto his tail with her serrated hooked claws.

Guppy was crying again on one of Pams shoulders and Crysta trying to get off the other to help Snowball fight. "Snoweee!'

Ash switched from Snowball to Pam fairly easily

Pam emediantly spun around and slipped away from the fight after Jason as soon as Ash was on,his front talons and back talons in easy mostion as they dug at the ground. His wings gently held the little ones on as he dashed,head down and body easily flowing between plants and avoiding muck.

Snowball lunged at Shade and screeched,claws outstretched as she went for his underbelly. Shade stood on his back lets and lashed out at her back but he'd exposed his underbelly to easily. His talons snapped down on her back and she dug her teeth into his underbelly,both crying out in pain but Shade was able to flip the smaller dragon. He grinned crazily as she swung her tail with those deadly side spikes and hit him right in the neck. She used it to flip herself over while flipping Shade over onto his back and causing him to squirm this time. Both where almost even matches,Snowball a girl but clearly she'd taken her training very seriously.

Jason was trying to get up but the black prevented him from moving all to well as it pulsed,he coughed up some and it lessed in his bloodstream thankfully. They'd either have to get that stuff out of him or stop Shade from his next dose,looks like at this point either could happen.

Ash watched the fight get farther and farther away

Pam sped up a bit as he saw Jason. "Skytracer!"

Jason looked up and seemed to not be able to see much of what was really going on and he tried to move away as the dragon got closer. He then shut his eyes tight as he ... regurgitated more of that black stuff. His left leg couldn't move.

Snowball leaped at him and slammed her talons right into Shade's underbelly but black tendrils came instead of blood and he laughed wildly as they attached to her front legs like leeches despite her struggle. She pulled back but he just rolled but right side up and shot a ball of fire at her,it hit her right in the chest and the tendrils let go as she reeled back from the heat against her ice cold scales. But that didn't stop her,she lunged again,teeth latching to his neck but again those tendrils. He slashed her underbelly and stabbed his stinger into her side. She swung her head and ripped open his throat with her head spikes.Both reeled back,blood coming from both. Snowball had blue blood that turned to crystal as it poured out. Shade's blood was red but soon turned to black tendrils and he was perfectly fine again.

"Jason!" Ash slid off Pam, kneeling next to him. "Are you okay? What happened?"

"D-did....he leave you a-alone once...I left?" Jason choked out instead of answering the questions. His arms gave way from holding him up and his chest hit the ground.

Pam skidded to a halt by them and the little ones almost where thrown off. Pomegranate used his wings and frills to block Jason from their view so they wouldn't see him and freak out.

Snowball felt the poison from Shade's stinger in her blood stream and she knew it wasn't long till she'd need to get to Foreskel or Jadescar. But she still stood again and snarled at Shade,who was laughing like crazy. "IDIOT! No one has succeded in killing me,what makes you think a simple girl can!"
"Because...I fight for what's right,once your dead we can find out more of the Nightflares...and then....we can fix what we did to the Multiwings!" She snarled and bashed herself into him,her scales having no other resort and so turning to ice shards sharper than daggers a she slammed into him and raked off his hide a bit as she rubbed against him. He screamed a loud,pained sound and raked his claws over her side,ripping her open again but she still breathed ice all over his side,freezing his side and causing him to struggle. "ROT IN THE FALLEN PLANE!" She screamed,bashing into him again with those ice shard scales.

"Yes," he said, for Jason's benefit. "He went after you." That part was true.
