Its a black fox with an eyepatch, but it not only has fur, but patches of Scales. You read about these animals in a scroll. They are Dovahkiin. (Meaning Dragonkin) You remember the page of the scroll

any creature in the genus Mammelia with dragonlike eyes and forked tongues. They also have patches of scales. They are very dangerous and clever. They are very sneaky so they are extreamly rare. Very few dragons have encountered one. Some did not survive to tell the tale

Lovely, thanks! I wrap the egg up in the leaf then put it in my bag (if I have a bag, if not I just carry it).
