Blue nodded. "Thank you! I greatly appreciate it!" Blue said and hugged him. She then ran off to practice.

It was difficult for her to concentrate admittedly. Used to being on the run with her older brother, it was hard to believe that they were here with others of similar circumstances, trying to have a better life. It was during her reverie that she found her brown eyes watching someone practice their technique with their chosen weapon. Danielle hoped someday she would have the confidence to simply pick out something and use it. As it was, her brother had a point. How could she even begin to think she could practice with something when she wasn't connected to her body?

"Time out." Ash said to Draycil, walking over to Zoe. He had been too involved in his battle with the dragon half-breed to see what had happened, until Zoe was already on the ground. "What happened?" He asked the nearest person, Ina.

Aris tried to copy what Kerri had done, but her foot wasn't pivoting properly and her punch had no strength. She sighed quietly and tried again, with the same result.

"Oi. Chin up, pipsqueak. If you mastered this in under five seconds, a) I would have been supremely jealous and b) the best results don't come in under a day." Kerri moved over to Aris and would stand beside her, correcting her position and helping her learn the proper technique of shifting her foot. "You'll get this. I'm not worried about ya."

"Uh-huh, I chose the handguns, well, I guess you could call them talon-guns now, hehe" Pheina giggled. With her sudden improvement of mood, the incoming storm had clearing up around the area. "I'm still working on accuracy, but it's still pretty great, come on, lets go practice!" Pheina said, heading back over to the shooting range. "I'm not exactly a sharpshooter, but I can do enough damage if the need arises" She told him

Pheina started by putting safety glasses and earmuffs of. She then picked up the guns flying slightly so she could actually use the guns instead of stand on them. After a few more seconds, she shot both the pistols, hitting the dummy in the stomach and in the shoulder, then clicked the safetys on the guns, putting them down and taking her supplies off. "Well, that can probably still kill someone" She shrugged.

I sit in a tree, watching the school. There is a deep lonely ache in my chest that I am trying to ignore as I repeatedly tell myself that I am fine on my own. I silently sit there, just watching.

He's actually pretty nice... Aris thought and tried punching again, this time her foot moving kind of the right way, but her punch still had no power whatsoever. "Thanks for the encouragement, but I don't think it's just technique getting in my way." She said quietly.

Blue practiced till she could barely stand up. She left the building and sat down outside, exhausted but seemingly not bothered by it. "That didn't go to terribly!" She said to the bird on her shoulder.

A girl with an obnoxiously long snake tail slithered under the tree. She stopped for a moment, looking at a bird in the tree with him. She slithered slowly up the tree, holding on to a larger branch that somehow could support her weight. Her tail suddenly slapped the bird out of the tree, causing it to hit the ground. She wrapped her tail around the tree, lowering herself with her tail, grabbing the bird off the ground, biting it, waiting a few seconds, then swallowing it whole before she began to slither off again.
