Asher decided it was time to use those tracking skills he thought he wouldn't need. He walked to where he had heard the sound and started there.

Shane then stopped when he entered the cavern of the cave. He placed Amy down and tied her up carefully.

Asher looked for any clues he could possibly find. He knew so far that whatever it was, It was about the size of a dingo or echidna, there was something tampering with it's movement, and it was trying to be quick and quiet.

Amy scream in fear but Shane then muffled the scream with his hand. Amy bit into his hand. Shane jumped in surprise. "Now shut up or I slit your throat!" Shane growled.

Anything could assist a professional tracker, Broken twigs, lack of animals, even the way the grass leaned. Too bad for Asher; he was no professional. He only knew about tampered with foliage.

Shane looked outside carefully to check if anyone had heard. In the distance he saw another echidna. "Oh great!" Shane muttered. "This girl has friends....."

Movement and sound. not just any sound either, a yelp. Pretend not to notice, and loop around. It could be a bird or snake or some small fluffy thing, but who knows? Asher reasoned.

Amy struggles trying to scream but her mouth was covered. A little sound escapes but only the keen of hearing would ever hear it.

Asher had made a ring around the whole area, but couldn't find out where the sound came from. Like I'm gonna give up after I definitely heard a scream, Asher thought.

Shane growled slightly. "Now what am I to do!" Shane growled. "This is so harsh but I am gonna have to do it!" He picked up Amy with his knife shown in front of her throat. He goes outside.
