Spotfur remembered his apprentice ceremony, it was amazing at the time but...not afterwards.
(Maybe Spotfur's mentor was the old leader?)

Jaypaw trotted past Sorrowpaw.
"We should get back home, and make sure the kits are safe." Jaypaw began to jump through the snow.
Ravenkit stood, wobbling on his paws, his fur fluffed out. Claykit bounded over to him. Ravenkit fell over in fear.
"Badgerkit!" He squeaked. Claykit tilted her head.
"No? I'm Claykit. Clay-kit. C-L-A-Y kit?" Ravenkit only squeaked Badgerkit again, quickly getting back on his paws, shaking and wobbling and being unbalanced.
{Ravenkit's voice color is A2853E}

BadgerKit looked at RavenKit, "Your fine RavenKit." He said calmly

"Im glad we found the kits." Jaypaw said, relief in his voice. "I don't know how, but I think their mom died. It's either that or she abandoned her kits. I hope she didn't abandon the kits, but I also don't want anyone to die." Jaypaw said, but he seemed to be hiding something.
"Oh hi! I didn't even see you!" Claykit mewed, bouncing over to Badgerkit. "I'm Claykit! Who are you?" She held all the kindness in the world embedded in her voice.
