I abruptly stand and walk out of the den, heading back to my border. Upon reaching it, I find Lilly howling. I glare at her for a moment before storming back to my den. My bad mood seems to radiate from me.

Lilly flattened her ears and watched as he stalked off like a child, however she remained at the boarder looking up at the night sky, something was off.... and it was unlike shadow to want to vent about it.
