The glitched part had a strange, rough but indescribable texture that was clearly different than the sleek, brushed metallic feel of the rest of his tail. The red node at the sharp, edged tip had a sort of smooth, glass-like feel, but was surprisingly cool to the touch compared to the rest of him. A light spark coursed just under the clear, red tinted surface of it, threatening to arc through her arm if she disturbed it for too long.
He was red-faced and mildly uncomfortable from the feel of her touching him like this, but he gave her a nod.
"I'll try not to.. Just be careful, our tails are really sensitive. Stop touching the tip unless you really want to get shocked. I know your species is resistant to electricity, but I don't want to accidentally stop your heart or something.."

Hexic

Hexic darts out of the way, jumping randomly into the air. And... you know how I cats can jump. It hurt a little bit to land.

the cat flinches "oof, that looked like it hurt. are you ok?" he speaks perfect English in a surprisingly deep voice

She nodded, quickly removing her hand and continuing to fiddle with the rest if his tail.
"Now you know how I feel when you mess with my horns" she said with a confident smirk, as if she felt satisfied having this as her revenge.

Corasi
She finally came back outside, her eyes a bit red from her crying. "Maybe I could reengineer something. Anything to get my mind away from everything."

Hexic

"It hurt a little, but I'm fine. Gone through worse."

Okay, he wasn't the only cat who spoke English. But... English or cat English? Hexic couldn't tell.

"oh good-" he purs and sits next to you
(normal english like if somebody came in the room right now they could understand him.)

(K. I thought so, but had to make sure. Hexic can do both too!)

"So. You never answered my question. What's your name?"

Corasi
"Oh my god the cat talked!" She gasped and covered her mouth.

Hexic

"I can talk too Corasi. Why you so surprised?"
