All three of them kind of just stared. Puck was the first to move. "Well, if we're going to leave, lemme borrow some things." And with that, it was just Jason and Ash again, Grim seemingly gone

For a moment,he stared after where Puck had gone. Soon, though, his purple gaze had dropped back down. He shifted back to his human form, horns freckles and fangs, once again and had his green hoodie and brown pants back. He was sitting on his rear and rubbing his head a bit with his eyes closed. When they opened they where flooded with a golden shine.

Ash was so, so tempted to ask Jason if he was all right. He opened his mouth, but completely different words came out. Ash shook his head. "You do realize that after I help you find your brother you have to come back with me to Mab, right?"

His golden eyes looked to Ash with confusion. "Why would you help me? You need to take me in and get rid of me anyway, and if my bigger brother,Flasher, found out where I'd being going afterwards,he's rip you to shreds then burn your body. And..." he stopped himself, not meaning to hint that....he didn't want Ash hurt.

"Who says he's going to find out? I'm sure he doesn't even know how to get to this realm, the Iron King probably stole him from the Moral world." Ash chuckled darkly. "Be grateful while you can because I can almost guarantee you won't be thanking me later."

Jason heard the darkness of his laugh, and he was stricken again with the reminder....Ash was going to kill him anyway. His expression turned to a forced show of anger, but his eyes gave way that it was only hurt. He dusted his pants off a bit as he spoke. "Well my brother has ways of knowing anyway. No matter the circumstance. And also,I thought for a moment I didn't want him to try to hurt you,but now I'm seeing I shouldn't have." His tone matched Ash's dark tone, his gold eyes a glare toward him. But the gold shined in away that gave away that....he didn't mean that he didn't care, that he really did and...that he hated himself for even hoping Ash could.

Ash didn't have time to respond. Puck returned, handing a heavy fur coat to Jason

Oop,forgot to put that Jason stood.I think I didn't .)

Jason took it with a grateful nod, letting the forced anger slip off of him. He turned slightly so his back was pretty much facing toward Ash.

(No worries we all have those moments xD)

Later, the three of them walked down a narrow, ice-slick trail, the Chill sorrow manor growing smaller and smaller behind them. Sometime that day the gnomes had disappeared; the house was empty when they left, as if it had been that way for a hundred years. Jason's coat tinkled musically when he walked, like tiny wind chimes. Puck had ignored the disapproving glare of Ash when he had given it to him.

As they walked, it seemed that the icy landscape of the Unseelie territory was just as beautiful--and dangerous-- as Oberon's domain. Icicles dangled from the trees, sparkling like diamonds in the light. Occasionally, a skeleton lay beneath them, spears of ice between its bones. Crystal flowers bloomed along the road, petals as hard and delicate as glass, thorns angling towards the Seelie fey and the dragon as the approached.

Ash and Puck didn't say a word to each other as they traveled, which was probably a good thing. The last thing wanted was another duel to the death. The prince kept a steady, silent march ahead of them, rarely looking back, while Puck tried to entertain Jason with jokes and useless chatter. He was probably attempting to keep his spirits up, to make them forget about Flasher. Grimalkin vanished periodically, bounding off into the trees, only to reappear minutes or hours later with no explanation of where he'd been.

Jason wasn't entertained by Pucks efforts, but he still gave him some nods and a smile,a faint laugh if need to not be rude. But his gaze betrayed so many things raging inside of him that he forbade to show. Jason once in a while would let small sparks sputter around his mouth before small ice shards followed in beautiful patterns that swirled gracefully before disappearing as if they hand't been there at all.
