"I guess that's true but passenger pidgeons where plentiful and we managed to kill off all of them!"

"That uh sucks." I said as I ate the rest of my food.

I finished my food and stood up.
"Humans have done bad things for a long time, yet we learn nothing," I said sadly.

In the bedroom on the bed there were several stuffed animals, they all looked a little strange, but seemed to resemble human work animals

I grin at the rhought of a small kida. I put them into thw box somwtimes stopping to look at the species.

"I can't wait to go to the zoo, what is it like there?"

"It's kinda noisy and there's magical barriers so the animals can roam freely, but we wount get hurt." I said.

"Sounds cool, lets go then," I said excited grabbing her plate and putting it with mine in the sink.
