Storm
"Why? Why does it matter?" I grumble, laying limp. I appear angry, I make sure of that, but really... I am relieved he came back for me. My fear of flight could not match the feeling of safety that I get from Lucent's fur. I trust that his wings will keep me safe no matter what as long as he is beside me. But I won't let him know these things, I will keep them to myself. If Lucent wishes to travel and only came back because I was in danger then I will stay out of danger, I don't want to prevent him from exploring if that is what he wants.

"Sorry, I didn't mean to interrupt. It's not everyday that you see another like yourself thought. Solstice said wagging her tail.

Lucent


I would chuckle. "I am came to save my friend, that's all, but you can't see her due to...reasons." My crescent pupils would glow a bit, looking at solstice

Storm
I look at the wolf with interest. She looks just like the sun, and Lucent is just like the moon. True born rivals. I snarl, not wanting anything to do with it.
"Lucent, we don't know this wolf. We must be cautious with strangers." I hiss, always being skeptical with people I don't know. Good thing Tumble isn't here, she would be all over this girl.

Lucent



I'd continue to look at solstice, my face not showing any signs of talking. "I know that, but i might as well be friendly then leave, then i'm getting you back to the mountain."

Storm
"But what if it's a trap? What if she decides she doesn't like me and burns me to death with the sun's power?" I whimper, burying my muzzle into his fur and trembling. "When we get back to the mountain... Are you leaving again?" I ask with a whisper, trying to settle my nerves down.

Lucent



I'd move a bit, shuffling on the sand. "Your being ridiculous. Let's wait and see, plus she can't harm you." I would do a combination of a sigh and a yawn. And i won't go until your ready to be on your own.

"Correct me it I'm wrong but you have the power of the moon do you not?" She asked. His fur was so dark, and hers so light. He was handsome even if he was the opposite of her. Solstice smiled at him. "I'm Solstice by the way."

Storm
I stiffen, "I can tell you don't want to though." I say, lifting my head so I'm not touching his fur. "Besides, I was on my own for a month before you found me... If you are eventually leaving, I would rather see what is beyond the desert. Honestly though, I almost wish you would have let me die. I feel like I have no purpose, after all." I sigh, beginning to feel lightheaded from the heat of the desert.

Lucent



My face would darken a bit. "Yes, it's kind of obvious, i could say the same about you having the sun's power." I'd smile, looking at her overall bright pelt.
