"not really" i frown "mostly i just go to school on weekdays and go to my college class on Saturdays - i'm taking some extra credits so i can get a head start on my law degree" i explain. the waiter comes over and takes our orders, grabbing our menus as she leaves to go give our orders to the cook.

"Sorry ma'am." I look at the table as my ears go down. "You never know something might happen and ur life could turn into something exciting and amazing."

"hopefully" i laugh, sipping on my water. it tastes kind of odd, i wonder what's in it? maybe a fruit or something? "so do you have any family?" i ask, clasping my hands in front of me.

"No Ma'am, I dont have family. Do you have family?" I move my tail so it wraps round my waist. I drink out of my flask more as I sigh.

"not really, i moved out of my house a while ago to focus on setting up my life more" i say, shrugging.

after awhile, our food comes and i thank the waiter as she leaves. "so, do you have any hobbies or anything?" i ask, struggling to think correctly. my thoughts seem to be drifting in all different directions, and i can't focus on any one thing. i don't seem to be the only one, either, i spot the people around us struggling to focus on their own conversations as well.

"Well ye Ma'am I do. I go hunting, fishing, I play air and electric guitar, I sing and draw. I admit tho I dont think I'm very good at any of that and I have a garden." I look up at u as my tail wags. "Do you have any hobbies Ma'am?"

"well, i wouldn't say i have a garden but its more like my apartment is filled with potted plants. i also love drawing and listening to music." i say, chuckling and tucking my hair behind my ear. "what's you favorite plant?"

"So many of them but I like black roses and Ivy more. Black roses are so pretty yet dark, Ivy the way they grow is pretty but it can kill you. I dont know its weird. Whats your favorite plant?"

"i am particularly fond of orchids and dahlias" i say, sheepishly "the orchids are hard to maintain, and i enjoy a good challenge. not to mention, i love how tall they are. for dahlias, it's the shape, and i specially love the pinkish white ones" i say, smiling. there's just something about the symmetry of each flower, and the pastel pinkish white color that makes them look so... happy, if that makes sense.

"Yes Ma'am it make since." I smile shyly. "Sorry if I seem a little weird I dont hang out with girls often." I run my fingers through my hair. I think to myself Does she like me or am I getting played again..
