*smacks forehead* OH! I misread the Valentine! XD I thought it was Chocolate! Of course you can~
You can go to your inventory page and split the Valentines by holding [shift] and right-click it while still holding [shift] then click it again to another empty slot while still holding [shift] to split it.

Maybe you're interested in other Chocolate/Valentine Bulboris that I have?
EDIT: To send items to other player, click on the item you wish to send to the opposite player. Then look at small icons under your inventory tabs. There is mail-like icon to send the items to another player, type the other player's name, then put the CoD if you want him/her to pay for that item or just 0 if it's without any fee.
