Rose helps Asher to her motorbike and pulls a spare helmet off the back and helps him put it on. "Here, I'm not sure even I could take a wipe-out on this road," she chuckles, showing that she isn't that bad at driving and just teasing him some. She smiles and lightly sighs, she knows some good food will be good for both of them. Along with some rest... After they are on the bike, she drives toward the nearby town and its cafe. Once there she parks beside the cafe, on the side where the small hotel is. "Okay, let's go get some thing to eat and then maybe some rest..." she says as she leads the way into the cafe.

A server behind the counter, an older lady, smiles when they enter and greets Rose excitedly, "Rosie! Long time, no see. I thought you were staying away from these parts? After your mama passed, I thought this shabby place would never again be graced with your beauty..."

Rose pales at the mention of her mother and then turns a bright red when the lady compliments her. She responds, "Never come back to this amazing place, Mamma Leana? That's crazy talk and you know it!" Mamma Leana smiles at Rose's nice words and goes around the counter to lead them to a nice and secluded booth, "Sit here. We wouldn't want that nasty hag to find out you're still alive, now would we?" Rose laughs for the first time since she left the Borealis Pack, "No, Mamma. We wouldn't. Then you might have to break out the broom, again." They both chuckle at the memory of Mamma Leana chasing a rude, werewolf, customer out of the cafe with an old broom. Rose smirks, "I think that old wolf diffidently learned his lesson about talking back." Mamma Leana smiles at Rose, obviously happy to see her so cheerful, "I'll call up the hotel and get you two a room. A storm's a coming and you ain't going out in it on that ridiculous bike!" She leaves to go call the hotel, "Layla! Go serve that poor boy and Rosie!". A young girl answers, "Yes Mamma Leana!"

The young walks over and Rose smiles at her, "Better here then at the packs. Right, Lay?" she questions. Layla grins at Rose, "Your usual, Miss Rose," she says in formal tone with a British fake accent. Rose smiles again, "Sure just add some more of those amazing beer-battered onion rings. That you know I adore!." Layla grins a playful grin at Rose before turning to Asher, "How 'bout you handsome? What would you like to eat?" Rose raises an eyebrow and Layla slightly turns toward her. ^Hey, Mamma Leana doesn't like it when you flirt with customers...^ Layla suddenly chuckles and glances behind her at Rose, she slightly repositions so her back isn't entirely to Rose. ^Jealous Rosy^ Rose looks annoyed at glances out the window. ^Back off or...^ Layla glances nervously, knowing the rumors of the damage Crimson or a member of her group could do. Rose smiles at Layla, who glances at her, with a forced sweetness. ^We wouldn't want to upset Mamma Leana, now would we?^ Layla gulps and shakes her head and takes Asher's order

Kitsune nods and follows him out of the house. ^Azar! Let him go!^ she snarls when he attacks the Orenda wolf. ^Azar, you do realize she may kill you or Nikkie or both of you. If you stay or maybe if you leave. But, we can't beat her if we stay here. As much as I hate to say it, right now, this is her home terf. If we leave we can regroup and plan. Then we can come back and take what is ours. I don't think we could take losing any more packmates to her...^ (@@ she isn't trying to make them leave. She just wants to know they have thought about the danger of both options.) ^There isn't a way to not disappoint her. I think we all know that, she will never truly be content... If you wish to stay.. I respect your decision either way. I will return for the pack and its lands when we reach full strength again. I just hope we our paths cross again. Whether as allies or as enemies. May the moon light your way, always...^

Nola smiles at Kalib, "I would love to play a game with you! A card game sounds nice. I did just finish a small hunt so sitting around sounds relaxing... I love your outfit! It's nice someone here wants to spend time with me... Most wolves here don't, not after my brother left to become a rogue..." Nola misses her brother a lot but knows he is happier where ever he is. "Where do you want to play?" she wonders why Kalib is asking her and not some other wolf. But chooses not to ask, happy that Kalib is willing to even speak to her.

Asher lets Rose lead him. He takes the helmet with a word of thanks and secures it on his head with the help of Rose. Then he takes a seat on the motorbike, though it's obvious he isn't used to this type of transportation. He's along for the ride, smiling as he watches the world whiz by as they travel out of the Borealis pack's territory. His legs bounce, a nervous habit he has. He slides off the motorbike when they stop and thanks Rose for the ride. He limps after her into the cafe, trying his best to walk normally despite his injured ankle.

Asher smiles at the older lady behind the counter and chuckles at the exchange of greetings between Rose and who he now knows as Mamma Leana. The interaction between the two put him at ease and he takes a look around while the two take a walk down memory lane. Asher's focus snaps back to Mamma Leana and a habitual smile appears back on his face as he follows them to the booth. "Thank you, Ma'am." He says when seated.

Once there, he zones out once more, staring off into space as his mind blanks. Asher begins to nod only to start back to the real world when Layla is called over. His hand heads to his pocket in search for his knife as his heart raced in fear and mind jogged to catch up. He sighs when he realizes everything is alright and lets the knife fall back into it's sheath. He blushes slightly out of embarrassment when Layla turns to him, then turned more red when she calls him handsome. Asher seems aware that some communication is happening between Layla and Rose, even if he couldn't pick it up, but he brushes it off without a second thought.

He takes his order. Not feeling too hungry, he didn't order much, choosing to only have a water. Asher's leg starts bouncing again, this time in an effort to keep himself awake.

Azar nods his head in understanding. ^Yes, I understand what the Luna may do, but I don't want to leave my pack... See you later.^ He trots forward and nuzzles Kitsune in a friendly way. Then he let's his friends go without any more interruptions.

Jayden hurries the group coming past the border and leads them to his den - or cabin, rather. Kalib lives with him and Jezz used to before her position got upgraded and she moved into the Beta's den once apprenticed. So, Jayden has a spare bedroom with a queen sized bed, the living room, the basement/attic, and Kalib and his room. They could work things out.

"Oh, thank you! You're the first one to agree to play - and compliment my outfit. You look absolutely stunning yourself. What do you mean, small hunt? You had at least three squirrels. I'd be beat before I caught the first!" Kalib laughs at herself and sits down next to Nola, completely satisfied with playing right where they were. "And your brother is your brother, not you. I cannot judge you on what someone else's actions. Your actions - and reactions - speak for you."

She digs around in her backpack before pulling out a thick, hard covered book and setting it down before looking for her cards. She uses the book as if it were a table. It stands still and doesn't tip one way or another or mess the cards up, so it did its job well. "Let's see... We can play Nine, or Golf, perhaps Lucky Duck? Go Fish, as I said, is open to being played as well..." Kalib shuffles the cards and then sets them down on the book. She smiles at Nola as she waits for the preferred game Nola wanted to play.

After Layla leaves she looks toward Asher and smiles, "I haven't been here in years," she chuckles and grins, "My mom used to bring me here when I was little, we used to order milkshakes on my birthday 'cause we didn't have much money. We used sit over there (points at Asher's seat) before she was k---" she trails off with a look of pain and looks out the window. She sighs tips her head back and looks up trying not to let tears fall. She sighs, looks out the window again, and says quietly, "She was. Pregnant, 6 months along. When she was killed. The Luna tried to have me killed when I confronted her. Crimson and her wolf, Kitsune saved me. Gave me a purpose." Rose sighs, shakes her head as if to clear it, and ruffles her hair. "I'm, i'm sorry. I, um, got carried away. Memory lane and stuff. You're, you're eating something. You have to at least try the onion rings. They're amazing." she tries to distract him, not wanting to annoy him. She ignores the fact he went for his knife, knowing he is used to protecting himself.

Kitsune looks around the entryway and nods slightly. ^Dean, check out the attic. We should all be able to fit in there together. Safety in numbers and we'll be out of the way. Roof as a second exit.^ Dean nods and slips through the house to check out the attic. Caleb clings to Kitsune with Conner next to him. Kitsune suddenly growls lightly and put a hand to her head.

Crimson thrashes beneath Kitsune's control, her head spinning. 'Everything hurts... What happened?' ,Crimson. Breathe. Calmly.,

Conner grabs Caleb's arm a pulls him back a few steps. Crimson pulls control from Kitsune, despite her warnings that she won't be able take the damage. She stumbles to the side before passing out.

Nola smiles at Kalib and chuckles, "Rabbits, not squirrels. Bit faster and bigger. Um, Go Fish works or War. Whatever you want."

Asher listens and follows as best he can. He sympathizes with Rose, knowing what it's like to lose someone close. There's still a chance his mother's alive, though, and because he clung to that, he didn't think he knew the exact pain Rose experienced. He smiles when Rose apologized for getting carried away, shrugging to let her know he didn't mind.
"I'll take your word for it." Asher says when Rose says the onion rings are good. He really isn't that hungry yet. However, he decided that he could eat something, just to please Rose. "If I haven't yet thanked you, thank you. For bringing me here and for staying with me. I'm sorry if I've hindered you from doing something."

Jayden yelps in surprise when Crimson appears and stumbles before passing out. He turns into his human form and catches her before she can hit the floor. "Goodness. I'm no medic." He mutters as he tries to figure out how much damage she's received and if he can help her. "We may be no medic, but a friend of ours is..." Jayden returns to himself. Then he pauses and looks at Caleb and Conner.
"You don't mind if I take her to the medics? Or would you prefer me leave her alone with you guys" He asks. Jayden didn't want to anger any of his guests by taking one away to get checked on.

"Ah, yes, the annoying little prey that always slip out of my reach. This is why they made you hunter and not me." Kalib laughs as she sets up the cards to play War. "War sounds like a good game. I haven't played it in a while." Kalib hands Nola her cards and then prepares to flip her top card and defeat Nola - not that she had any clear knowledge she had the highest card.

Rose chuckled at Asher, "I think you did thank me... You have nothing to be sorry for..." Mamma Leana walks over, "Room is all set up." she raises her hand when Rose goes to thank her, "Seeing you safe or safer is thanks enough," she then sasses Rose, "Isn't your generation supposed to know how to use a phone, right?" Rose blushes apologetically. Mamma Leana then goes to greet some new customers and Layla comes over with their order. "One water and one cranky jealous werewolf-ess special..." she says snarky before sashaying off to flirt with some other young male customers. Mamma Leana scolds her for it and goes in the back. Layla rolls her eyes and continues flirting. Rose gets up and dumps a freshly made vanilla milkshake on her head, "Whoops, guess I didn't sense you. Vanilla really suits you though... So plain and bland. Not noteworthy." Rose then pulls the girl close and whispers in her ear. Layla visibly pales before nodding excessively and going to clean up. The boys whistle at Rose, "You sure showed her, Rosie! Nobody ignores one of yours or treats 'em bad." Rose smirks and walks back to sit across from Asher. "Sorry, my BS detector was going off. Had to go save the day." she jokes, smiling.

Caleb looks toward Conner and says, "Could you... Could you have them come here? To check on her... I don't think we should move her... At least not yet..." Dean comes back into the room, looks over the scene before sending everyone else upstairs. Much to Conner and Caleb's distaste

"Go get a medic. I will keep an eye on her. The others could use a look over too. Right now I think the younger ones feel safer here. Until we know that your pack won't attack us... Medics, not soldiers. I sense any threats... At all... We're gone. Anyone who attacks us is dead, the second they try. I'm not risking their lives anymore today. Kitsune wouldn't either. This place, your pack, is merely a stepping stone to taking down the Luna before taking back our pack." he snarls and his wolf adds, "I will die for my pack. I will kill for my pack. This group plus the two that stayed and one more, they are my pack. I will not hesitate. So tread carefully, pup." With a jerk of his head he dismisses Jayden, obviously in a bad mood from stress and maybe pain. His wolf snapping for control.

Nola laughs and smiles a bright grin, flipping her card over to play, not caring if she wins or not. "I once knew an omega whose hunting, put me to shame! She lived in my brother's mate's pack of origin. She was killed, a while back, shortly after her mother. Dominance dispute. At least that is what I heard. People said her mother went mad... 'Cause she was with pup when she challenged the dead Alpha's wife... She lost..." she smiles with a sad tint.

Asher smiles when Rose chuckles. He also is about to thank Mamma Leana before she cut them off. Asher thanks Layla for getting his order and takes a few sips. He starts when Mamma Leana scolds Layla and flinched visibly when Rose spills vanilla on the waitress and calls her bland and not noteworthy. His eyes glaze over and he returns his attention to the drink in front of him. He clasps his hands and rests his elbows on the table, resting his chin on his hands as his leg starts bouncing once more. When Rose comes close, Asher reconstructs his face to match her smile and his mood to align more with hers. He didn't think much about it other than a twist in his gut when he constructs a social mask, the subtle acts of doing so being second nature.

Jayden listens to Caleb and Conner, taking what they say in consideration. He's about to agree with them, already gently setting Crimson down on the couch, when Dean comes in the room.

Jayden keeps a clear mind when Dean starts and tries his best to put himself in his shoes to keep in mind why he is asking him and telling him the things he is. The last comment Dean's wolf sent made Jayden feel a bit defensive and quickly put up walls he'd been slowly constructing during what Dean was talking even though he had tried not to. He desires to snap back, show Dean who the boss is around here, and he barely constrains himself from doing so. Jayden does make a remark before turning to go, "You can't be much older than me, Borealis wolf, so keep your belittling titles to yourself." Jayden makes it clear from his tone when he's calling Dean a 'Borealis wolf' that he means it in no ill way, he just doesn't know Dean's name yet. Jayden takes a deep breath and turns from Dean, his wolf snapping at him to turn around and dominate over the guests, but Jayden ran out of the house before his wolf could act on any of his impulses.

Jayden spots Kalib, though he didn't notice Nola, and he walks towards her, having to slow the pace because he doesn't want to waste his energy - he had a hunt later today and whatever Jezz used is still fighting for control. He crash lands next to Kalib and rests his head against her shoulder.

"Ew, gross, you're all sweaty." Kalib complains in a jovial way possible, pushing Jayden off her. Jayden topples backwards and lays flat on the ground, his legs still in their criss cross position on the floor.
"Where's Felicia Honor? Grab her. At our house. Go." Jayden says, his arms over his eyes. Kalib looks worried.
"What happened? Why do we need Felicia at our house? What did you get yourself into this time? Jayden, are you alright? What's going on?" Kalib's questions became more and more serious.
"You'll see. No reason to panic." Jayden assures her and sends her a thumbs up before returning his arms to covering his eyes. Kalib glances at Nola.
"The answer he gives me only increases my worry. I'm sorry Nola. I guess we have to call the game short, you're winning so that'd help you. Or you could play with Jayden, but he's not usually in the mood to play a game. Come on, lazy bones, can you get her yourself if I tell you she's with her brother and Mark eating breakfast beside the river?" Kalib pokes Jayden's side. Jayden mumbles something under his breath but sits up and gets to his feet.
"Fine, I'll go. Thanks for the directions. Sorry for interrupting your game, ladies. You may continue." Jayden bows and then exits to follow Kalib's direction to find Felicia.

Kalib laughs when Jayden leaves, "As if it was his choice to decide if we could continue our game or not." Then she sobers and shakes her head. "I hope everything's alright."

He finds her quickly and asks for her help. Felicia takes it at face value and takes no time in dislodging what Jezz used out of his system. It takes a few more minutes to get Felicia, and inevitably the rest of the group, to follow him to his house so Felicia can help the refugees. Jayden nervously hoped Mark and Jacob didn't count as soldiers as he hopped up the stairs to his cabin and opens the door.

Rose sighs when she sees Asher put on a mask, "You don't have to do that around me... Doesn't really work any way... Sorry. Strong emotions change someone's scent slightly... Can't turn it off though... I used wish I could turn it off until it saved my life a couple times. I must admit I..." she looks away from him, "I wish it didn't work on you... I wish it didn't work on any of my friends..." she smiles and looks at her food and smirks. She grabs a piece of watermelon off her plate before flashing him a grin and tossing it at him. It bounces off his nose before ending up in his water, "Whoops..."

Dean keeps an eye on Crimson...

Upstairs Jax tries to keep everyone calm, especially Caleb and sort of Conner. Nazar and Naven look ready to kill and are pissed. Caleb is panicking and Conner is pacing in circles. Mia is sitting and Shadow is humming and trying to calm Skylar.

Nola starts when Jayden comes, her nose twitching slightly as she smells a familiar scent. When he mentions the house she looks toward the direction it is in. "I think we should go to the house," she stands obviously flustered, "I know one of the scents of the people at the house..."

Dean raises his head when Jayden and the others get close. He senses some soldiers-like people but chooses to trust the Orenda wolf as he can sense his worry. ^Be wary... He is back with others... Stay calm and quiet...^ He stands up straight when they enter the room and moves in front of Crimson, and also in front of the way to the attic. "I'm trusting you to behave and to not threaten anyone in this house..." he warns and shuffles his form into a less threatening position, "Your packmate said you could help us... Our leader," he says with a nod toward Crimson, "Choose to trust him... I will honor what she said... He says we can trust you... Prove it." He moves more toward the way to the attic, "Help her and prove that you are trustworthy. Then I will let you go to help the others..."

He suddenly glances up and sighs when it is obvious someone is upstairs and has tripped. ^Shhh, I said to be quiet!^ ^Sorry, my shoelaces came untied....^ Dean looks fed up and tired, "Children. I'm in charge of absolute children." he shakes his head and looks up again, "Get down here you fools..." He glances toward the new people and scowls. Shuffling is heard from upstairs and the others come into the room.

Caleb's eyes glance around the room before they land on Crimson. He goes to stand by her and Conner follows. Nazar and Naven guard the way to the backdoor and keep watch to ensure no one comes to attack from that way. Shadow and Mia stand by the way to the attic with Skylar. Dean sighs and blinks a few times to clear his vision before glancing around at his group before nodding as though he was counting to make sure everyone was there.

Mia smiles shyly at the new people and waves hello, "Hello! I'm pretty sure Dean skipped that part of the greeting..." she jokes trying to be nice and also lighten the mood. Dean glances at her before rolling his eyes in a 'Seriously' way. She chuckles before adding, "He was trying to seem scary. He isn't..." He fakes hurt and gasps and grabs his chest in mock pain, before quietly groaning in real pain as the sudden movement hurt. Mia frowns at his pain and looks guilty as she obviously felt bad that he was hurting. He waves at her as if to say he is fine. Which he obviously isn't, as his breathing is slightly labored now.

In the Borealis Pack Alpha House, Lila is on a rampage, "Unacceptable!!! Where is that little brat and her friends!!! Where!!! Are!!! They!!!" She stalks around the house smashing things in her reach.

"Oh... Ok, then, sorry." Asher smiles as a soft blush of embarrassment lightly brushed his nose and cheeks. He shrugs when Rose said she wished it didn't work. "I actually think that's pretty neat. I'd use it a lot, friend or no friend, no matter the situation. It would help." A mindset of 'killed or be killed, hunt or be hunted' can be noted when he says this; it is made even more evident when his hand reaches for his knife again before pausing halfway and falling to rest in his lap.
He blinks in surprise when the watermelon is tossed at him and he laughs, shrugging to let Rose know he didn't mind. He spears the watermelon against the side of his glass with his fork and eats it, humming a thanks to Rose for it.
"Do you have any more watermelon? I'll take some more." Asher hunts for another watermelon and snatches it before Rose could eat it. Now that he has something in his stomach, he is famished and can't wait to eat something else.

"Right. Got it." Kalib packs her things up quickly and returns her backpack to her shoulders as she stands in one fluid motion. "Let's go then!" She walks beside Nola, heading towards her house at a rather brisk pace. Kalib doesn't seem to have a button to slow her pace down; this is as slow as she can go.

"You trust me to help your leader first? You're giving me quite an opportunity to take her out before the rest of you guys." Jayden grins, trying to pass his joke off as it is, harmless. "Um, sorry. I didn't really mean it. I was trying to make a joke. But it's a good point - one I won't follow through with. Argh, I'm not helping my case. Bad Jayden, very bad." Jayden growls to himself, smacking the side of his head.

Felicia takes Jayden's hand before he can hit himself and turns to Dean. "I won't hurt her or you or anyone. If you'll allow me to heal you and your fellow wolves?" She comes forward to help Crimson, smiling at Caleb and Conner and chirping a hello and nice to meet you to Mia. "I'm Felicia, the pack's healer - or one of them... And I don't mind dealing with 'children'. This is Mark Jackson, the Alpha to be-" Mark nods his greeting when Felicia gestures to him, "and Jacob Honor, my brother." Jacob waves and says a chipper hello.

"Jayden, we're going to need to talk about a few things..." Mark mutters to Jayden. Jayden glances at his watch and visibly jumps.

"Oh no! It's 11:30. Time's flown. I'm late for the hunt! Shoot. Shoot! I... I will see you all later! I promise I'll be back in time to talk with you, Mark. I need to go hunt. Bye all!" Jayden yelps and races out the door, almost running into Kalib and Nola on his way out. He heads to hunt by himself since the hunt he's supposed to be at has ended.

Rose chuckles and passes her dish of watermelon to Asher. She also gives him half her onion rings and nods to say she would be thrilled to share her food with him, "Friends share." she states before tossing a grape up into the air and catching it with her teeth before eating it. She smiles at Asher and decides her wolf was right, he is pack. He is her family, along with Crimson and her group. She sighs in contentment and relaxes in the familiar place and with someone she trusts with her life.

Nola nods and follows Kalib, struggling to not run ahead to check on Skylar and the others. Skylar and her brother had often met Nola and her brother at the border their packs shared before Jayden's sister died. After she was killed and tension was high between the packs they had to quit meeting, that is what cause the boys to run away together. They had said they would come back after they had created a safe place and offer them a new home, where they could all be together, happy. Nola had begged to go but then, she met Kalib. Now, she wasn't sure she would want to leave. Skylar had never begged to leave no matter how bad things were in her pack, she would leave her friends. Nola had wondered if that had changed but now, seeing her with them, told her it hadn't. This group, not Borealis, was her pack, her family, and her home.

When Jayden makes comments about taking out Crimson, Jax growls and steps forward while Mia stops him with an arm around his waist. Dean steps closer to Crimson, Caleb pales, and Conner moves in front of them. Nazar bares his canine teeth and glances at Skylar when she blocks him with her arm so, he stays in front of her, protecting her. Shadow steps forward as if to attack but stops short when Naven blocks her.

Dean looks unsure as Felicia steps forward but lets her, instead moving to ensure no one else gets close. The others, besides Navar and Naven who guard the back door, keep an eye on the others. Skylar sees Nola and grins quickly before looking toward Dean, who nods. She steps forward with her head down and slightly tipped away to show submission as she walks past Mark and Jacob. When she stands in front of Nola she shyly smiles. "Hi, N-nola," she says quietly, she glances nervously at the other Orenda wolves.

"Hi, Sky! This is Kalib. She is my omega," she says. She smiles as Sky's face shows where her mind tracked that comment and she chuckles and shakes her head, "Not like that Sky!" she blushes then mumbles, "Not that I wouldn't," She then pales when she realized she said it out loud. Skylar laughs and then suddenly stops and seems to try to shrink and became invisible. Nola notices and slowly reaches her hand out and grabs Skylar's hand, making sure the other girl can see her do it. "Hey, I'm here. You're here. We're safe. I promise." she smiled faintly and sweetly at the other girl. "Kalib, this is Skylar. She was the Borealis Pack's omega. The one I was talking about earlier, the one who is the best hunter I have ever met. Crimson is the best tracker by far though... Sky and I are old friends. We used to go with our brothers when they would go to meet at the border, before they left." she explains, trailing off at the end.

Mia smiles at the Orenda wolves and introduces everyone, "Like I said I'm Mia. This is Jax, he was to be our beta," she nods her head toward Jax, who looks toward the Orenda wolves then to Crimson. She looks at Dean before stating, "That's Dean, he isn't always cranky." She points toward Crimson and the boys, "That is Crimson, our alp--, our leader. Conner is the tough looking one and Caleb is the other boy, who is hiding behind him right now." She points to Nazar, who raises an eyebrow and looks unimpressed "That is Nazar," she then points toward the back door where the last two are, "Those are Shadow and Naven." Shadow flashes a forced smirk and Naven nods in greeting.

The group of Borealis wolves are run down and exhausted but still manage to be ready to fight if needed. They may have heavy damage and low energy due to malnourishment but they still manage to look tough (ish). Their posture is defensive and they are ready to protect each other. The only one who looks any form of calm is Mia but it is mildly clear that she is faking. Which shows that she is used to defusing stand-offs like this and that her charade is normally unnoticeable.

Asher grins when handed the food and wastes no time talking. He quickly devours the watermelon, and moves on towards the onion rings before surfacing for air. "Sorry. I don't have much to share except bad luck and cruel fate with you." Asher says when he takes a break from inhaling his food. He slows down at this point, not wanting to draw any more attention to himself, all of which would be unwanted at this point.
Asher gets tackled by an excited ball of energy. "Asherrrrr!!! You thought you could leave without us? How dare you not tell us of your plans. We had to wait for Trapper to come back before a word of his abandoning you came to us. Can you imagine? We had to survive the dull morning routine without you!!! Oh, hey Rose." Ryu sits up to get off Asher, adjusts the sword and gun at his side so it won't get in the way, eats one of the onion rings because he eats things while he can, and instantly snatches the rest that are in front of his human friend. "These onion rings are good. I'm going to have the rest now." The dragon child had horns which were currently partially covered by a hat and his tail was wrapped around Asher still in a greeting hug and there is no way you're going to get the dragon to cover that up.
"Ryu, slow down. Give some to me!" Galaxia plucks one of the onion rings from Ryu which earns her a hiss of distaste. She simply laughs in response and eats what she has stolen. Courage leans against the table and looks around blindly.
"May I have some too? Whatever onion rings are? Is Asher alright? Where's Rose? Hi, friends!" Courage, another dragon, chirps a hello.
"You've never had an onion ring before? What?! Girl friend, how have I, you, we let this happen!" Galaxia dumps three onion rings she got from Ryu into Courage's hands and pats her head between the dragon's horns. "These fine things are onion rings. You will love them."
"Oh, ok! Thank you." Courage beams at the onion rings in her hands and tries to place one around her finger. Galaxia stares for a solid minute, not sure how to react.
"It's food, not jewelry." She starts to explain.
"Asher is fine. He's broken his ankle, but it can't be that bad, though, since it doesn't seem to be bothering him right now." Courage gives Ryu a look that he completely ignores. "And Rose is across from me." Ryu lifts Asher up to a sitting position and offers the human the rest of the onion rings he had stolen, now feeling a bit bad for stealing them from him, not that he'd ever admit that out loud.

Felicia listens to the wolves and takes note of how they react. She's rather good at observing people and she takes a moment to make sure she isn't going to get hurt if she advances to help those of the Borealis pack. Or not of that pack, since they moved. Whatever they may be, she is willing to help them. And so, she starts to help heal Crimson, working fast but not too fast.

Mark rocks back on his heels and looks up to Jacob as a silent conversation is passed between them. Jacob doesn't look back to Mark, doesn't seem to respond even, his eyes never leaving the Borealis wolves and his sister among them. With a small nod of thanks of something Jacob must have said, Mark leaves, mumbling a 'good bye' and 'stay safe, don't die' as he exits through the front door. Jacob is more focused on making sure none of the Borealis wolves try anything with his sister so close to them than Skylar slipping past him to connect with a past friend. He paces for a few moments before bowing his head and sitting down, though it's obvious he's ready to leap into action if anyone tries anything. This includes protecting the Borealis wolves if something happens.

"Hi Skylar! I'm Kalib, um, yeah, like Nola said." Kalib brumps her shoulder against Nola's in a friendly way that meant she didn't mind what she had said. Then she offers Skylar her hand for a high five. "Omega power! We rock, and nobody else realizes it. Well, some people do, and those people are awesome. Nice to meet you, Sky... You don't mind if I call you that?" Kalib says, mostly joking around. She knew first hand that being Omega is not the most fun thing around. Hey, it had it's perks though, like being able to watch the pups and babysit them and seeing the adorable cuteness that will become the next generation of wolves who will become those to help the pack prosper. You don't get that everyday when in another rank.

"You have some really nice friends, Nola. Teach me your ways of gaining them!" Kalib says, getting on her knees and in a childish way begging for her to help her, hugging Nola's legs. Jacob spares her a glance, a small annoyed huff the only thing that showed he did not enjoy Kalib's antics.

Felicia is almost finished healing Crimson and orders Jacob to go get a cup of hot chocolate going. Something warm helps, she had found. Then she returns her whole attention to Crimson again.

Res and Nikkie are trying to keep out of their Luna's attention and way. They did not want to get in trouble today. "You're more of a brat than Crimson ever has been and at least she has friends, witch." Res mumbles under his breath at Nikkie's side. Nikkie hears it and shoots him a fearful glance. Res crosses his arms and doesn't catch Nikkie's expression.
