"we have some.. bad blood. we used to be fine, but now, not so much" she grimaces, deflecting a spear thrown in her direction with her own spear. it will be fine, though. she probably won't throw any spears at you" annamet offers, giving you a smile.

I gave her a small smile back.

great!" annamet exclaims, throwing her spear at the red woman, before turning to her. "we have decided to negotiate" she calls out, earning a smirk from the red woman, who crosses her arms and rolls her eyes. "of course you did" she snarks, but she stops throwing spears.

the ladder is let down again, and you climb down after annamet.

I followed annamet down the ladder and stood next to her.

"so, annamet, i assume your just going to let me take the human and the shadow and your going to move?" the red woman laughs, the other red people laugh, jeering at her in their language. annammets ears go flat in embarrassment, but she doesn't say anything

I didn't like how the red women made about annammets even though I couldn't speak their language. "Are you okay annammets?" I asked her.

i'm fine, she just called me a petty insult. she couldn't really do anything to me" she sneers, the causes the red woman to growl, clenching her fists. "lets not beat around the bush. give me the human so i can take her to the tree of life and bring honor to my people. something you wouldn't know about" the red woman makes a 'give me' gesture with her hand, flicking her ear triumphantly.

"She looks more like a spoil brat, " I mutter to myself.

hey! you better shut your mouth! you don't need to talk in order to get me close to the tree she threatens, but annamet steps between them. "i don't think bui would be very happy if you did that" she warns, giving her a stern look.

I glared at her because I didn't like her attitude.
