The slime burbled anyway, trying to get free. It then flattened itself and started squeezing itself out through the lid grooves.

Apparat stayed unmoving in it's room, looking directly at the nearest camera with a blank stare. The mechanical behing didn't realy minded the confinement, they were used to be on their own, what they did mind however was the lack of stimlus, at least back then the underground labirynth was enough to keep them occupy.
