The seed pouches for the new seeds cost 800 diamonds, so I would be looking for that, or the equivalent in gold. I value diamonds at 2K each, so 800 diamonds would equal 1.6 million gold.

It would depend on how much gold comes with the seed. I've seen regular seeds going for 20K or less, and regular aged seeds going for 10K or less in the market, so is what I would value the seed at. But yes, I would count the lupora seed as 20K worth of the total amount.
