They reach their first fork in the road. The sounds of the Labyrinth was still echoing around them. Suddenly, there was a voice.
"Ah, don't mind the monsters. Ain't half that bad." Jordyn says, stepping out from the shadows of the left road in the fork. Jordyn languidly held up a handheld pistol. "Okay, now hand over your stuff and no one gets hurt."
Asher blinks in surprise, and swings his pack from off his shoulders. Jordyn didn't look how Asher had remembered, and so Asher didn't recognize her. Jordyn didn't want to recognize her little brother as Asher was 'not her family' any more since he had went with dad.

Haki just silently stares up at Jordyn. Raiju had a small amount of immunity to weapons like this, and her mother had taught her how to tell which ones were ones she was immune to. This one would hurt a little, but she definitely wouldn't die if she got shot. Worst case scenario it'd injure some muscles, which would suck but wouldn't kill her.

"Thanks, Asher. Now you, Raiju." Jordyn says, turning on Hakira, knowing that the current gun they had wouldn't hurt Hakira too bad.
"Wait, how do you know my name?" Asher asks Jordyn.
"Shut up." Jordyn says, turning the gun back on Asher. Jordy thought they wouldn't feel too much regret if they shot their brother, but they wouldn't know until they did that... And they weren't afraid to try.

Haki remains completely calm. She's pretty tempted to bite Jordyn, but knows she'd feel too bad about it afterwards to possibly come across as scary. She's simply too nice to actually hurt anyone, even if that person is aiming a gun at them.

"I'm sorry, I'm just really confused on how you know my name-" Asher was interrupted by a gun shot, and a bullet whizzed by his ear. Jordyn held the gun calmly, eyes warning him to shut up or else the bullet will go through his head.

"Okay. I see how it is." Jordyn says quietly, and taking up the packs, they turn to leave. Asher heads after them

Haki keeps a firm hand on her own pack. She's not sure why any non-raiju would want hers in the first place; raiju food would make most non-raiju severely sick.

"Hands off." Jordyn says, putting the gun to Hakira's head.
"Hey, no need to shoot. She hasn't done anything to you." Asher complains, not wanting Haki to get shot.
"Right. And you have. You've been incredibly annoying." Jordyn says, their gun aimed at Asher once more. Asher takes a step back, not wanting to get shot.

"You called me a raiju before. You recognized what I am?" Her voice is completely calm, though she doesn't look Jordyn in the eye.

"What you are? Yes. A Raiju. The lightning creatures." Jordyn says with a nod, still training their gun on Asher.
"That's why you conduct electricity!" Asher says in a lightbulb moment.
"You have always been slow to recognize things." Jordyn huffs. Asher blinks.
"Are you talking to me?" Asher asks Jordyn.
"About you. Hush." Jordyn says, not wanting to waste another bullet.

"Then you know what'll happen if you shoot me." Haki infers calmly. "If you don't, I doubt you'll like it very much."
