Janet giggled. "You're gonna sit by me, right?" She looked up at Ray with wide green eyes.

Micah smiled sympathetically, resting his hand on Austyn's elbow. "Trust me, if he tries to hurt Janet or Silvia, or anyone here, I'll kill him with no second thoughts," he said, not breaking his smile.

"Um... Yes." Ray nods in agreement. Friends, yes, that I can handle. More than friends, no.

"Okay. Thanks, Micah, you're the best." Austyn says, smiling brightly again. "In that case, let's go eat; I'm starving." He says with a laugh, heading to the pavilion.

"Tell me something I don't know," Micah laughed, following Austyn. He stopped, turning to Janet and Ray. "You two coming?"
"Yeah," Janet said, running over to Austyn and grabbing his arm. "Can I have a piggy-back ride?"

"Course, hop on!" Austyn says to the girl, lifting Janet so she could have the piggy back ride she wanted.

"Yes, yes, of course. Thank you." Ray says, catching up and staying near Micah, keeping Micah between him and Austyn. He bites his lip, hoping he wouldn't start a battle. Since Austyn and Silvia took the fang topic not too well, Ray was sort of dreading more demigod interaction.

Janet squealed happily, wrapping her arms around Ray's shoulders.

Micah looked at him, leaning forward so he was in Ray's line of sight and smiling crookedly at him. "Relax- the Hermes cabin is pretty chill. Austyn's just really protective of his friends."

"Really protective..." sounds a bit like me... If I had any friends. Which I do now. Because of Janet. Yes, the adorable child. Ray nods slowly, before snapping away from his thoughts. "Okay. Thanks for the heads up." He says, giving Micah a small smile. Micah is kind of cute... NO. nope. This is not what you came here for. Remember, you are recruiting the camp, helping them if they need it, and then leaving. Like always.

Micah smiled back, lightly punching his arm. "What can I say? It's my job to keep people from being afraid of Austyn."
"Ooooh, Micah has a boyfriend, Austyn," Janet teased, looking over her shoulder at Ray and Micah. Micah laughed, shaking his head.

"Who has who as a boyfriend?" Austyn and Ray ask at the same time.
Ray looks at his feet and colors slightly, "Never mind."
Austyn laughs, "Micah, who's your boyfriend?"

Micah stared at Austyn, crossing his arms. He stuck his tongue out. "Shut up, Austyn. I don't have a boyfriend, jeez."
Janet looked down at Austyn, shaking her head so hard that her red curls bounced around wildly. "Ray's his boyfriend, duh!"

"Oooooh. You like Ray? You just met him! Ray, do you like Micah?" Austyn asks before he laughs. "Don't worry, I'll tease you more later. But my stomach is empty and I can't think of anything annoying on an empty stomach."
Ray stays quiet, growing red in the face, taking the liberty of not answering the question.
