He stays silent, looking down at the pup solemnly.

Vern
Vern whimpers softly, "I'm sorry, Mother wasn't out so I thought I could explore," He said hiding his head in his paws, "I'm sorry," He repeated again, "It won't happen again."

Fuzz
Fuzz lifted his head, tail wagging, he was excited to start the day.
"Bedding day," He barked happily to himself shaking himself before standing up and hurrying out of his den
Stretching he walked out of camp, going to the tree that ringed the edge of the border, the best place for moss and ferns.

Lakron

He huffed sympathetically " Well it's in the past now, just in the future make sure someone's with you next time. It'll also be up to the Alpha or your mother what your punishment will be. " looking at Cas he said.
" Can you take Vern back to camp? I need to find Mist so we can report our findings to Alpha. Don't worry about your catch I'll bring it back with me. "

Mist
Mist perked as she heard her name be called, poking her head out she called, "It's okay Lakron, you can go without me, I can finish the patrol," inside she was glad she could go by herself, she liked the comforts of being alone.

Lakron

" Alright " he said nodding at Mist. He glanced at Cas,
" You can keep hunting or come back to camp with me."
Turning away towards Vern he gently picked the pup up by his scruff and took off at a brisk pace back to camp. He needed to report to Alpha immediately and bring Vern back to his mother before she started to panic.

He picked up his catch, following on Lakron's heels as he stayed alert for any prey.

Larkron

As he entered the camp Lakron gently dropped Vern on the ground and looked around for Winter. He spotted her talking to some packmates, Lakron called out for her across the camp.
" Winter we've found Vern! "

He nudges Lakron in goodbye before trotting off, dropping his catch in the prey pile before heading back out.

Lakron

Lakron nudged Cas back before he left. Silently thanking him for his help with finding Vern. Lakron turned his gaze towards Winter, he sat down and waited for her to come claim her missing pup.

Winter
Winter turned, ears perked as she spotted Vern. She ran over, worried as he covered him in licks.
"Don't scare me like that again," She scolded nudging him towards the nursery, "Now go into the nursery with Fox, we can talk about your punishment later," She said pushing towards the nursery, where Fox sas watching with wide eyes.
"Thank you," Winter says as she turned back to Lakron, "I thought I had lost him... where was he?"
