Steel opened his eyes slowly and turned to look at his alarm clock, 7:15am. It was way to early for Steel, but since he was already awake, he decided to get up. He sat up in bed and immediately regretted it as a sharp pain went through his head. He leaned forward and clutched his head with his hands. Memories from last night came flooding back, causing his head to ache even more. He had many questions about last night, but at this moment no way to answer them. Steel sighed and laid back down in his bed and pulling his blanket over his head.

Irenes entire body ached, feeling like it has been stretched and torn apart multiple times, and her head was pounding with intense pain.

*That was like, the worst trip ever* she wheezed. She never actually got high before, but she assumed hats what it was like. *I hope those other two arent doing as bad as I am* she groaned to herself. Turning over in her bed, she saw her roommate still wasnt home, which means she had to deal with everything herself.

She looked at the drawer were she left her Advil, wanting to desperately to go take some to try and dull the pain her body was feeling, and with a flash of blue, she was laying on the floor next to the drawer. She couldnt remember waking there, but paid no mind as she weakly pulled open the drawer, opening the bottle shakily and taking one.

There was a knock at everyones door, and upon opening it, there was a small brown paper bag with a note and a small bottle of some liquid


Dear [Seer/Warp/Esper]

Im really sorry about last night at the party, I promise that one day Ill explain everything, but for now, just lay low, and dont let anyone find out about your powers. You were all chosen for a reason, Id suggest meeting each other formally, and figure out more about your powers. Me and Cloak have to go into hiding for a while, but we promise to find you as soon as its safe. I provided some medicine in the bag that was engineered to help with the pain that the pills you took cause, sorry about that.

Steel groaned and slowly rolled out of bed and onto the floor. He got up slowly, the blanket still wrapped around his shoulders and moved to the front door. He opened the door and saw no one there. He stuck his head into the hallway and looked both aways and he still didn't see anyone. Steel moved back into the dorm room and nearly closed the door before noticing the brown paper bag on the floor in front of the door. He picked it up and opened the bag, stepped into the dorm room and closed the door. He saw a bottle and a folded piece of paper in the bag. Steel sat down on the couch and pulled out both the paper and the bottle. He unfolded the piece of paper and read the note.

After Steel was done reading the note, he looked at the bottle again and shrugged to himself. He got up from the couch, went to the kitchen, got a spoon and poured some of the liquid onto the spoon. He studied the liquid for a second, then stuck the spoon into his mouth. The liquid was a little sour, but it was okay. Steel put the cap back on the bottle and sat back on the couch.

After a couple to minutes, Steels mind began to clear and his head slowly stopped aching. Steel sighed with relief and took another look at the note. He wasn't sure if he would be able to find the other two girls he had been with the night before, he didn't even know there names for heavens sake. But he figured that if he did a little asking around he could find them, maybe.

He got up, went to his room and got dressed for the day. He slipped the small bottle into his pocket and grabbed his keys. He stepped out of his dorm room into the hallway, locked the door and headed towards the entrance, ready to start his search.

She stayed in bed until someone knock on her door, figuring that it was her friends or roommate she forced herself to stand up and drag herself to the door like a zombie, at least it felt like it from her point of vew.

She finaly reached the door after what felt like hours but it had most likely took fives minutes in total. So when she open the piece of wood to reveal an empty hallway she wasn't too happy about someone basicly playing ding-dong ditch with her that morning, until her eyes stopt on the paper bag. With a sigh of relief she remember what the strange men had said yesterday, at this point she just wanted the pain to go away whatever what could happen next.

Going back inside she sat on a corner of her kitchen table and proceade to quickly read through the letter and took a sip from the liquid. Now that her mind was clear again she though about the two others that were stuck with her in this wird event of some kind and start to accept that she was an Esper now or at least try to.

Irene opened her door, dragging the bag inside and reading the note, then again, then a third time, trying to make sense of it. She looked at the bottle, picking it up, hoping it wasnt some sort of prank, and drank the entire thing, enjoying the slightly sour tang.

Now, with a clearer mind, she was able to interpret the note much better. She was given powers for whatever reason- Teleportation if she had to guess by the fact they called her Warp. Was that guy in the trees trying to kill them? But then why would he bring them back, was he the cloak that the guy called Hoodie was talking about. Hoodie must have been the guy at the party, meaning that she definitely didnt take an Advil.

The other two. There were two others, they must also have powers.

*I should find them* Irene said out loud to herself. She was about to head out before she remember she needed to grab her keys, but then remembered last night. *Well, I am supposed to practice...* Irene muttered, concentrating and in a flash of blue, appearing in the dorm hallways outside her room.

*This... I dont even know what to think...* she groaned. Irene made her way outside the dorms, her memory was hazy but she could vaguely remember what the other two looked like. She sat at a nearby bench outside the entrance to the dorm building to wait for the others to leave, then she could confront them.

She went to her closet and change off her old cloaths from yesterday as she tryed to remember the other's faces. There was a guy and a girl with her in the woods when evrything happen, the girl flat out teleported but the guy ... she coudn't remeber him doing anything else then staring blankly and potentialy swalowing bugs as evrything was happening.

She shook her head and finish changing quickly before heading outside. 'Sure the letter told me to lay low and not show my powers to others but there was nothing saying that i coudn't hunt down the others and drag them in an empty area to talk and potentialy practice with them.'

Steel walked out of the dorms and stopped abruptly. He couldn't believe his luck, one of the girls that had shown some sort of magical power was sitting just outside a short distance from the dorm. He walked over to her and sat down next to her on the bench. "Hello," Steel paused. He wasn't sure what to say. Now that he was next to her he was doubting his memory and thought maybe this wasn't her. He pushed the doubt out of his mind and held his hand anyway out to shake. "My names Steel Robinson," He said with a smile. :)

*Irene Volkea. I was hoping Id find you* Irene introduced herself with a smile. She recognized him instantly, but still wondered what his power was. She had gotten teleporting, but she wasnt fully sure of others. *So... Do you know what kind of power you got?* she asked, there was a tiny part of her worried that she had the wrong person, and part of her thought this could be a normal person who just got caught up in the mix.

*Sorry- Im being weird, Im just really confused about, well, everything* Irene sighed, mentally stressed out about the events of last night.

Steel let out a relieved laugh when she mentioned powers. "Sorry, sorry," Steel struggled to regain his composer. He finally took a deep breath and looked at Irene. "Sorry, I can agree with you. Everything that has been happening is very confusing."
Steel looked around to make sure no one else was around, then turned back to Irene. "As for my powers, I am a seer, or thats what the cloaked guy from last night called me. I believe that I can read minds."

Read minds? Thats kind of freaky... wait, can he hear what Im thinking now? Oh god I probably sound so rude

*That sounds really cool! Itll definitely be helpful if anyone is trying to hunt us down* Irene lowered her voice near the end of the sentence. *We should find that other girl who was with it, she definitely has powers, so we should probably stick together... do you think... you could find her?* Irene asked, hoping she wasnt pushing any boundaries by making him use his powers to try and mentally find someone
