Sasha nodded with a sill weak, yet warm smile. " Alright, I understand.. not a word. " She promised, looking quite shy now. Though Jacqueline hadn't shown any reaction she couldn't help but fell something was off about her not being able to remember a thing about it. It just didn't seem like it was normal in her mind. She sighed, getting lost in her thoughts for a moment before she heard the quite sound of the armory doors open. She entered but seemed to grow frightened upon seeing so many weapons. She'd never liked weapons of any kind, they had always not sat well with her. Call it her being a soft reaper but they just never were something she would like to use, or be around for that matter. Though she tried not to show it the look in her eyes and the way her smile stifled was a dead give away to how she felt about this area. " Is it- " she started, her voice failing to stay steady. " Do we have to use.. weapons? " she asked, trying not to seem weird about it.

Jacqueline paused, giving herself a moment to figure out how to phrase her thoughts.
"We choose how everyone dies, no? With the old, we can use a bit of magic to stop their heart, gently take their last bit of life away, and giving them a peaceful end. Sometimes we direct cars into each other, or push someone from a high place. But there are others we can't kill like that. People attacked in alleyways, people murdered. We always direct the hand that delivers death. More specifically, in war."
She touched the blade of a sword that clearly hadn't been used in years, from the thick layer of dust she wiped away. "With swords and arrows a long time ago, to guns now. We are direct each bullet, often firing them ourselves. With each new person that is born, one must die. Libra Est Tota."
Jacqueline had never preferred weapons herself. Some Reapers reveled in the bloodshed, but Jacqueline had always found herself disgusted by them. It was no small thing, to take a life, even if it was what she had been doing, and would be, for hundreds of years.

" I've never killed a single person with a weapon.. but if I must use a weapon, then I will. " She said simply, a smile appearing yet faltering at, she needed to do this.. for humanity's sake. She decided upon a few small things. A revolver, a pistol, a glimmering dagger that seemed to pulse with what looked like lava, and a simple wristwatch. It didn't seem all too useful- but it was a tracker. You linked it to a person and the clock hands with act as a compass. She holstered a gun to each side, and kept the knife hidden- strapped to her arm. She had a feeling there was something dangerous they'd be going up against. " Alright.. I think I have enough. " She said softly, hoping she'd not have to use them. With that she just leaned against a wall, she wasn't upset or anything- just wary of weapons and using them. " So, how long have you.. been doing this? " She asked curiously, her eyes sparkling with wonder. She figured Jacqueline had done this a long time, but she didn't know for sure.. most of the reapers avoided her for some reason. She couldn't figure out why, though.

((It's fine - you just made me think how badly thought-out my ideas were with your previous comment. The wristwatch is actually a really cool idea. I'm using google translate for all the Latin, so correct me if you find any mistakes.))
"How long I've been doing this?" A faint, rueful smile touched Jacqueline's lips. "So long."
But even as the words left her mouth, a cold feeling settled over her. How long had it been since she'd become a Reaper? She couldn't recall. Only a week ago she could have told you with crystal clarity when it had been, if not what had happened. Why not now?
Trying not to show her sudden panic to Sasha, she said, "Over a hundred years. No, closer to a hundred-and-fifty. The world now is so... different than the world I remember. Recently, it's even harder to go down to Earth. everything is changing so fast, and even though I've had all this time, it's still hard for me to adjust."
She took a long ****** blade with intricate carvings from the wall, then a sleek pistol like Sasha's and a set of knives matching the sword. She had always been drawn to older weapons. Holding the sword parallel to the ground, her fingers curled around the hilt, she said, loud enough for Sasha to hear, "Inter ordines de re."
Between layers of reality.
She released the sword, and it fell towards the floor before simply... vanishing, as though it had never been.

( I don't think they were badly thought out. I think the whole rp idea is interesting. )
Sasha was amazed at that, such a long time being a reaper.. she didn't think she'd last as long. " I am not sure how you are able to do it.. maybe it is because after time you get used to it.. I assume within a few decades I'll be letting myself pass on, to see just what comes after death. Once you live forever.. it isn't just so living forever, because you'll see everything.. experience all life and this can offer.. and you simply are dying forever. " She spoke with the wisdom of having lived countless lives all of a sudden, as if she'd done it all before many times over, but she barely realized what she had said nor took note of it. She just sighed softly, thinking over a few things before she heard Jacqueline ay something, and she looked shocked to see the blade had vanished into thin air. Completely surprised, but amazingly not phased by it.
( So I had an idea- you've kind of nodded to something is simply wrong with Sasha. The timing, her power or rather strength of it.. something is just off. What if it is just that? Sasha isn't what is causing this of course.. but is why it is being caused? )

((I was thinking... there's some guy, right? He (or she) is human, but they're terrified to die. They're also fascinated with the supernatural. Eventually, they found out about the Reapers, and actually managed to capture one. Somehow they took the Reaper's magic/whatever 'life source' the undead have, and used it to make themself semi-immortal. Using newfound powers, they did the same to other Reapers, killing nearly a dozen. By that point the Reapers had raised their full force against them, who was by now a super-powerful entity. The anti-reaper summoned an army to oppose the Reapers - ironically, made of the dead that the Reapers had killed. Since all the Reapers were otherwise occupied, Death stopped. The anti-reaper was eventually defeated, but, with all the Reaper magic in them, couldn't be killed, only places in an indefinite sleep. But then Jacqueline dies, an unusually strong Reaper, and the anti-reaper stirs in their sleep. Many years later, an even more powerful Reaper is made: Sasha. Her presence, tipping the balance, finally pulls them from their sleep, and when that happens, Death is suddenly suspended.))

( That makes more sense then what I had in mind xd I think that works just the same.. So in theory, to stop this anti-reaper, one of them need to die? -them being Sasha and Jacqueline?- oooor do they need to put the anti-reaper back to sleep? )

It could be interesting if one of them died. I can see Jacqueline sacrificing herself to save Sasha and all the other Reapers, unless you want Sasha to die.

I want to ship them and feel the ungodly pain of the other one knowing that the only thing other then death left for them is dead xd then again.. ships xd
