Alright guys, I decided it was time to find out the value of a seed in gold. So, I did a _tiny bit of math and some looking around.


In the trade broker, the cheapest price for 1 decorated egg is about 500 gold. That honestly shocked me, but ok.

Now, a mystery seed pouch costs 400 eggs. That's 500 x 400, or 200,000 gold! 0-0

Yikes...
These are pretty pricey seeds. I will have to tell Fernwolf if she still wants to sell me that seed...

Anyway, that's also for a RANDOM seeds, so how much more would it cost too get a seed of choice? I don't really know. Coming up with prices isn't really my thing.

Something that would bring the price down on seeds though, is that you can spend the eggs on whatever you wanted. That gives decorated eggs a bit more value, so I think it's fair to say that the last bit balances out.

So the end gold value of a seed is 200,000 gold. Transfer that into diamonds (2,000 gold per diamond) and it's 100 diamonds.

Now, all that's seems like an absurd price for a seed, and I looked around and it seems like other players agree. They are mostly selling seeds for about 150k-180k, instead of 200k. That's a pretty fair discount.

Anyway, from now on I will sell and buy seeds for 120k gold each (It will have to be a seed I really want to buy it though. I will italicize seeds I really want.), and I will sell them for 70 diamonds. Sadly I don't have diamonds of my own to spend, so I won't be buying seeds for gems.

If you want gold for them, I'm not willing to pay too much for the [Kelpari] (Aged) Illuminous Seaweed, but I will pay 120k for the [Qitari] Teal Spring.

I want gold. The 120k for TS Qitari is ok. For the Kelp, pay that much, that you want. I'm agree with that. :)
