You made one offer on the lessers not the exceptional. If you want to back out that is fine, and I can understand.
I have researched the pricing on exceptional blood vials, and they are pricey. Apparently you need 250K plus 10 greaters just to upgrade to 1 exceptional. Others have been selling them for a little over 1mil.
