I have no idea.
Its probably gonna be a mix of the stuff. Mixed NPCs, items, stages, all that. Both theres one thing that stays the same.

Sorry, I just wasn't clear on when this actually started. Do we all log on at once (and when?) or do we just post whenever we we're on once it starts?

Im not sure when itll start. As for if you log on at once, thats inpossible to do. So, no, its gonna be you can post whenever, as long as the person isnt AFK at the start. That make sense?
