Sterling looked up at the palace, sucking in a quick breath. Thirty five. And one becomes the Princess. She wasn't here to marry the Prince. He wouldn't pick her anyway, there were probably so many other girls of a better status. Her family needed the money and support. Her sister had not been chosen, and Sterling missed her.
She wore a simple outfit, as she had heard that they would make her undergo a makeover before she met the Prince. She took in another deep breath. For my family.

After the makeover Sterling felt extremely tired. She had been fitted into a new ball gown, and her hair had been thrown into an elaborate waterfall of curls. Her blue eyes surveyed the surroundings as she was lead to a ballroom to meet the Prince.

Aarushi arrived with Papy at her heel. She took a deep breath and let out a nervous laugh. She felt conflicted. On one hand, she would love to be chosen, to live a life of splendor in the palace walls. On the other, she hated the idea of leaving her current life behind. Her head began to spin. Papy barked, bringing her out of it. She leaned down and picked the small dog up. So where do I go n-now? she mumbled.

Arabella Duran Walked into the castle with the other girls she looked at her competition and thought "I'm going to be sent home first." She followed the other girls into the Ballroom where they would meet the prince.
