(Gonna make it a little different)
The guide should've arrived by now, but was nowhere to be found. The planes engine was smoking and a couple of the blades were broken

Makayla let out a shout as the smoke came up, confused. "What's going on?" She yelled, looking around to see if Jake was around.

(Yeah. She's not gonna show till later in the rp.)
Jake was too far to hear. He disappeared into the bushes, then arrived at the control center. Nobody was there, either. He saw the smoke from the plane and sprinted back. "What happened??"

"You think I know?" She muttered. "And where's that guy you left to find?"

He shrugged. "No idea." He got into the plane and pulled it into the repair shop. He got out and closed the door. "I'll fix that up tomorrow. It's too late to do it now. And since the guide isn't here, the hotel is this way." He said, and started towards the Celestial.

She followed, rolling her blue eyes and flipping her straight blonde hair over her shoulder. "Hmm. Guess you're going to have to stay. Great, I have to deal with you for another few days."

He laughed. "More like the other way around." When they got to the Celestial, he opened the doors, but nobody was there, either. "Sweet," he said to himself. "If you excuse me, I'm gonna find myself some beer."

"Hey.." She said as he turned to leave. "Why isn't anybody here? I heard this place was crazy popular." Something felt wrong.

He shrugged. "Dunno. But since everyone's gone, I get any suite that I want, plus free drinks," he said, pulling out a bottle of beer. He went outside to the pool, and got into a cot, opening the beer

Her head spun, and she grabbed a key for one of the suites from behind the counter. Maybe they had just emptied the hotel for them to stay? That was weird. She just sighed and decided to change into her swimwear so she could go for a swim.
