Catch: She can't control her powers, as they are connected to her emotions, she can't be out of contact of water for too long, or will go comatose.
Relationships: She tries to stay on good terms with others, but keeps herself mostly isolated to prevent anyone from upsetting her.
Other: She uses her mutation in her act by the water acting as a lockpick, removing any bondages from her so she can escape.
Do I need to unscramble the thing again?
