Via grinned, and stopped leaning on the now scorched tree. "And that is why you were my favorite back then. This one is Owen, Kat's is Lilian, and everyone else could tell you their's since they talk to them all the time." Via allowed herself to stop glowing her orangish color to give Ponos a friendly slap on the back. as friendly as a demon who started wars could be, anyway.

Vera walked through the forest. Her bare feet, cut with scratches and peppered with small bruises, didn't seem to bother her. She heard voices, and in her head, a whiny one muttered:
I sense them.. somewhere close. Let's keep going. She nodded to herself, though some part of her didn't know why.

Lisa sat alone, distancing herself from the others nearby. Something in her mind was urging her to go over, but she ignored it, like usual.

"Ekdikisi is coming." Via added Ponos as well as their vengeful friend to the web of minds ,everyone connected to another, no need for real words.

"Hello." The voice was dripping with blatant disdain. "Why would you pick a place like this of all things? My shiny, new host might be dirtied from such...exposure." The girl definitely was not the owner of the male, whiny voice, but it came from her mouth.

"Because three of our kin have died and I was looking for the rest of us on the move, you ungrateful-" Katifeia screeched, and a blue shockwave pulsed from her.

Via was closest, and immediately fell to her knees. In a different voice, a hoarse whisper- "No... I killed them. I..." For a brief moment, the amber glow became flecks, and then nothing, before Via, crying molten tears, hissed. "What did you do?!?" The waves of sadness continued pulsing through them all.

"Why are you two crying?" Huri the 9-year old stepped out of the shadows. He hide his presence well but the others already knew that he was the first to arrive. Povos, Vai, Kat we near him. He was in the meeting point. Intense sadness echoed through his mind were Fovos was weeping in tears. Memories of the good old days, the shadows united. Happy life of destruction and chaos. Now there gone and so is 3 of them His wings and tails grew larger as the negative emotion increases. He also had tears in his eyes but were not his but rather Fovos.

(What rank is Fear then Scout? I thought fear would be like 4th or 3rd)

"And you were mine! Violence brings lot of suffering, after all!". Ponos had answered to Via, using the mind connection. He was smiling, and his demonic smile looked creepy on the boy. "I talk to this boy as well... I like him, in a way. He is useful. There is so much pain in him I can feed from... We could say we made a deal. I inflict less suffering to him, but he helps me to inflict pain to everybody else!"

He turned to Apatheia, and this time spoke using Kai's mouth.
"I know you are here because I can feel apathy and emptiness."

Ponos was shoked by the new revelation.
"You have killed the ones who died? Why?"
Ponos could not say that the disappearance of his comrades did not afflict him, but he kept his composure. When you knows pain as much as he did, sadness does not make you overreact. Though he had to ignore Kai's humanity, and completely take the control over the boy to not risk feeling more human emotions.
