My bad I saw the three and thought that was the number, lol. I was wondering though maybe it did t have to be so normal? Maybe they get kidnapped or something? Just an idea.

That would be a cool twist! Maybe a group of friends, or maybe even a few rivals, witnessed something they weren't supposed to see- and then they get kidnapped.

Yep! Then it's still not really fantasy though isn't quite as uneventful! Maybe they could be taken to a place where some grown ups have been kidnapped as well...as a ran down mental hospital full of crazy experimental persons. They would all have to escape then before they themselves were used as test subjects.
