So, you will have the disorder as a creature, and then you will have your person. You will play the person, you can occasionally put it parts of the disorder, or whatever you want.

So are we playing people with the disorders or the disorders themselves?

We are playing the people with disorders. My original thoughts were we play the people with small thoughts, sentences, paragraphs of what the disorder is thinking as they do this, or what they are telling the person.

Could we play the disorders? Like maybe their forms that only the person with that disorder could see?

That is actually a really good idea. Sure.

Also, to clear up any confusion if there is any... You are playing the person and the disorder, the disorder is a form that only the person who has it can see, thank you Hawkeye for this idea, and you write for both of them, as if you had two people to role play as.
