okay, i have a lot of questions to be answered
Abc41307 - well, if you go on the generator and look at info for pets, you will see that some have orange text saying 'fabled' those pets can only be obtained during seasonal festivals, or for the 'venes, you can buy them in the arena in the 3rd zone.
Caitykat - sorry, no. the lighs are fabled, so you would have to buy it for the regular price.
