"Nice name," Em said, before turning to Master Leo. "Can we go to camp now? I believe we can wait for others there?"

TIME SKIP I GUESS

Leo pointed to the tree they had seen him stumble out of. "Walk through that."

Em snorted. "You're not serious?"

"What your kidding." I say astonished.

"Ooh! Cool! Is it a portal?" Blue asked.

"I assure you, you'll be fine. And correct, Miss Blue. It is a portal. Now..." He nodded to Em, who cautiously poked a hand through. When nothing happened to it, she stepped completely through.

She appeared in a forest clearing. A river snaked around to her left, and in front of her was a row of cabins. One said Land Predators, another said Land Herbivores. Next to the Herbivores one was Aviators, and next to Herbivores was Sea Creatures. The final one said Insects and Arachnids.

Next to those was an outdoor amphitheater, and another huge building labeled Training Room. There was a huge pool, and picnic tables for their meals. A large patch of grass took up the rest of the clearing, and there were even sports courts for any time they weren't working on Shifting.

Em jumped as Sean appeared next to her. "Wow," he said, running a hand through his dark hair.

She nodded at him. "Yeah... are the others coming through?"

Blue followed after them. Her eyes went wide with amazement seeing the camp. "This is amazing..." she said quietly.

I get up and walk through the portal hopeing I don't run into anybody.

(I had to go shopping earlier, after I eat, I'll be back to post some more.)

Skully wasn't as surprised as everyone else was. She walked through the tree as if it were a door to a house...

"Yeah, it's really cool..."

More students had arrived in the last hour, and Em was watching as Master Leo gathered them all to the amphitheater.

"Now, one by one, I will call you to step up and you will get your stone. It will transform into an accessory that suits you best-" he gestured to the small sapphire ring on his finger. "-and will enhance your currently weak abilities."

He pointed to the table with the jewels laying on it. "Now, first will be Emmeline Steeyle."

Em laughed a bit, then got up and walked to the table.

"Emmeline, wave your hand over the stones. You will feel which one is right for you."

She did as told, skimming her hand a few inches above the stones. As she got towards the stones t the right, she felt a tug on her palm.

Surprised, she looked down. The stone that felt like it was pulling her was a small circle that faded from purple to gold.

It glowed, then shot up to her hand, morphing into...

...a necklace.



"Ametrine," Leo whispered, before turning to the rest. "Now, next!"

Blue watched in amazement, this was the most amazing thing she had ever seen.

I wave my hand over the gems and I begin to feel one call to me and I pick it up and look at it but then it turns into a pair of earrings.
