Sure, you can pre-order. Just keep in mind that it will take awhile. I have a few 5 trait cosmics so I'm getting close but it won't be done for another couple of months. I'm making notes on my profile for prizes, so I won't forget but feel free to remind me or ask how my project is going in a month or so!
