"Oh I didn't know Oni's either, I just call it that. It seemed to like it." Skipper smiled watching the animal turn it's head towards him as he said it's name. It cooed and padded towards him and rubbed it's face on his. "I think he likes me."

"Yeah I guess." Angela said. "We should get more food."

"Then let's get to looking." Skipper smiled standing up. Oni's ears perked forward as he did. "Come on Oni! Let's go find you some more food!" The little boy laughed as he rushed away in search of more barrels. Not long into the search he came across what could have been only a barrel though this one glowed a strange blue color. He had no time to check it before Oni snatched it up and ate it. A glowing blue liquid dropped down its chin as it happily swallowed. What could that stuff be?

Shadow walked calmly out of the temple and then everything went back to daylight. Angela ran towards Shadow but tripped. Shadow snorted and bent down. Angela got up and got onto Shadow's back. "This is amazing!" Angela exclaimed. Shadow laughed. "I bet." Shadow laughed. "You're the first human to get a ride from me."

"Oni stop eating all the barrels!" The boy laughed some. The animal looked down at him and licked the goo from its bottom jaw. This made the boy laugh more as he patted the animal. "Come on then let's go see where Angela got to." The boy said climbing up the animal's fur. It was so soft, and fluffy much like a pillow. Skipper yawned as he cuddled up to the animal. Oni cooed and stepped from the temple out into the sun.

Angela whistled. "Guys I see that we're in the mountains now." Angela said shocked. Shadow laughed.

"Ah the friendly mountain breezes though my friend." Shadow said. Angela laughed at the comment and got down. She went out to the edge of the outcrop and started to sing.

"Mountains and the trees sway........" Angela's voice drifted off as she enjoyed the view.

"Not in the mountains, surrounded by mountains. It looks like a bowl." Skipper laughed patting Oni on the top of the head. "If the dragon's wings weren't hurt he could fly us out of here. I want to go home, I miss mama." The boy was suddenly saddened by this thought, his feelings making Oni sad. A sad sound escaped the animal as it looked over the edge of the cliff. Two feathery wings, both jagged and most of the feathers missing, spread out from it's body. With an upset roar it attempted to fly but merely rared up into the air to show that it too could not fly.

Shadow's wings flapped and he flew barely above the ground. Angela stood up and yawned. "It's cold up here." Angela said. "Why is it so cold?" Shadow laughed and made a protective shadow around Angela. Angela laughed and sat down. Shadow laughed again.
