Hm... If you can explain how a Charizard got into Alola, I guess??...
Ok i can explain in a story kind of way, So you know how pokmon breed, it's like that, a trainer brought two charizards to alola and sadly abandoned them both never to return (My version of the back story how the charizard alolan rides got there)
