Pharine then eyed you carefully, holding out the claws closer to you.

Pharine peeked out the window. "Darn, everything is gone." Indeed, every shelf, every rack, and every stand was stripped of weapons, even the battle claws, every single pair except the one she was selling. She hopped down into her cellar, and came out with a Diamond engraved sword with openings in it for coals or razors, a bow carved beautifully, the arrows poison tipped and dripping, and then a pair of daggers on a belt, each dagger with gems and crystals on the hilt, and the shape curving for max penetration. Putting on the dress she was working on in the cellar, she put on the belt, attached the sword, and strung the bow around her, the quiver on her back. She came out, claws still in hand, waiting for the payment.

Breeze handed Pharine two packets, one with the coins, the other with relief supplies. She slipped on the battle claws, and noticed Pharine was giving her a look. "What? Why are you looking at me like that?" She asked, not trying to be rude. She preened herself quickly and flew out of the shop, with a friendly "Thank you,". She gathered some supplies from her own shop, locked the door behind her, and soared over the lake, high as so not to be noticed.

She swooped down, landing right beside them with a thud as her feet hit the ground. "what'cha doin'?" she asked "Shouldn't everyone be inside?" her eyes slightly narrowed at the zolnixi, and she held her paw near one of her daggers, incase anyone attacked. "I haven't seen you around since they found that dead body last month" The words came out seamed, as if she was spinning her voice together and flawlessly tying it with ribbons.

"I know not what you mean, I've been here everyday. I never leave!" Eden barked. "I wake up each morning and go to my shop, The Golden Apple. I stay there everyday till dark. If you don't believe me I can show you the records."
