Ase used her fire magic and engulfed the dragon in flames, though it seemed not to have much effect on the dragon. "The wings! Hit the wings!" She shouted as she swung the axe at the dragons back leg.

"On it!" Anton yelled, running towards the back of the dragon. It had opened its wings, tilting them forward until the joint rested on the ground. Anton sheathed his rapier, and drew a 15 inch dagger from the second sheath on his belt. He leapt towards the joint, slashing it with the dagger, and dragging it through the thick skin of the dragon's wings, causing it to roar, and flap its wounded wing out of reach. Anton ran forward to where the wing met the dragon's body, and slashed the dagger there too. The dragon, although it roared it pain, was not particularly weakened.

Ase used her axe to scale the dragon, digging her claws into its back and climbing up onto its back. The dragon shook as she dashed to its head. Her grip was failing as she grabbed onto the dragons horns. "The neck!" She yelled holding on with all of her strength as the dragon danced about trying to knock her off.

Anton cursed, as climbing a dragon is rather difficult when one hand is completely useless. He quickly sheathed his dagger, and used his good hand to yank himself up where the wing met the dragon's body. He leapt up onto the dragon's back and sprinted up its back, slipping, and catching one of the slender, long spikes on the dragon's back. The dragon writhed underneath him, and he found himself rather stuck. If he let go, he'd fall, but if he didn't, he'd just be useless. So he hooked his left arm around the spike as he drew his dagger. He slashed at the neck, knowing he would fall soon.

Ase saw Anton slip. Either she could let him fall and possibly get templed to death, or she could try and end the dragon herself. What ever she chose there would be pain... Gritting her teeth she pulled herself up onto the dragons head using her cat like claws to hold on. The dragon roared and threw its head down clawing at her in an attempt to get her off. The claw caught her tunic, tearing it some bough it wasn't deep enough to do more than scratch her. Her paw glowed as she released the dragon, raising her hand high above her head. "May you find peace in death, you withering fire worm!" She shouted as she plunged her flaming hand into the dragons eye socket. The whole of the dragon shuttered as it tries to fight on yet it's brain failed to send the correct messages as it collapsed into a mangled pile on the ground. Ase yowled as the dragons head rolled over onto her, trapping her below it.

Anton grunted as the dragon fell. He unhooked his arm, and dropped to the ground, crouching and steadying himself with one hand, before standing up and sheathing his dagger. "Ase?!" He yelled, running for the head of the dragon where he had seen her last. He thrust both arms under the dragon's head and shoved all his weight forward, trying to lift the head off the ground. If it was too heavy, he would have to use some sort of lever.

"Anton!" Ase yelled trying to pull her hand free from the dragons eye. "I'm fine, my hands just stuck." She assured him. "I think I can crawl out from under here once I'm free." The cat pulled again at her hand trying to get it free. "Next time maybe I'll think before shoving my hand inside a dragons face..." She sighed.

Horse hooves could be heard coming down the road along with the sounds of slight singing. "Oh there once was a man who's fate was unknown whom knew only to pillage and plunder!" The voice sang out. "Until one day he met a fair maid alone in the bar one night. Now he and she..." His song was cut short as he came upon the scene of the dragon dead along the road. "By Odin's beard! That's a dragon!"

Anton leaned his shoulder under the head, and unsheathed his dagger, kicking it under the head. "Could you free yourself with that? Cut out the eye or something," he asked, turning so he could hold the head a bit better. He heard a voice calling out from the road and shouted a reply. "Wow! Thanks for that brilliant deduction!"

Ase took the knife and dug it into the dragons eye. "Ow..." Her tail flicked as she focused on just cutting herself free. "And...got it!" She said freeing herself. "I'm coming out now." She warned as she crawled out from under the dragons head.

The man ignored the rude comment. "Here." He helped hold the dragons head up so Ase could crawl out from under it. "Did you two kill this? All by yourself?!"

"Thanks," Anton said, releasing the head when Are crawled out. "Well, it was mostly her. I just annoyed the dragon," Anton said to the stranger. He turned to Ase. "Are you okay?" he asked.
